TERRIBLE HOTEL! Don't believe the other reviews, i doubt they are real.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

To reach the room we had to walk to another building with all our luggages and this building didn't have an elevator. We had to bring heavy luggages upstairs. Not having an elevator in 2026 is something incredible.
Once we reached the room the temperature was at 88° (31 celcius). We turn on the AC but after 2 hours it was still very hot - they could have turned on the AC before since they knew we were arriving.
The room is very outdated, an old bathtub with a old shower head that is at a very low height. The paper towel holder fell on the floor. The carpet is very old and dirty.
This was a terrible experience.

El personal fue muy amable, sobre todo los que trabajan en el restaurante. La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación tiene un buen tamaño.

Cons:

Al hacer el check in no avisaron de que la limpieza si te quedas más de una noche hay que pedirla 24h antes, simplemente esperaban que vieras una nota sobre la mesa que ni siquiera estaba a la entrada de la habitación.
No tiene desayuno.

Staying here was disappointing simply due to the fact we couldn’t get our basic needs met.
Pros:

The location to some of the restaurants and Sequoia national park was good.

Cons:

The rooms and interior of the hallways are very dated. We requested 24 hours in advance (as per the hotels rules) at the front desk to have housekeeping clean and replenish our room with the basics(ex.towels, toilet paper and empty the trash) but it never was done. We had to call front desk for 2 days of our stay to have someone give us towels, toilet paper and empty our trash. The front desk did state that housekeeping only comes every other day, but no one came to our room the entire stay except for when we went to the front desk to request the needed supplies.
