We have stayed at this boutique hotel several times. It has a budget friendly prices and offers clean rooms, a very helpful staff and a nice breakfast buffet was included.
As a budget boutique hotel it doesn't have a pool or spa amenities. These amenities were not advertised or expected. It is north of the stadium and there were no special views of the city, other than the view when eating breakfast on the top floor. If you're looking for a view of the city you could go for a room with the street view (a little larger rooms), but the noise from the street is annoying - so we don't book these rooms.

The bathroom was amazing, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly.
Public toilet across the road. Every day when we went out on the balcony, men would stop and peel against the fence.

Hotel molto carino, confortevole, pulito in una zona a 20 min a piedi dal lungomare e dalla zona centrale, ma vicino ci sono ristoranti e un mercato. Camera di giuste dimensioni, pulita e silenziosa. Ottima colazione.
