Decent. I would consider staying there again in a pinch.
Pros:

It was ok. I was told there would be bacon, but there wasn't. I don't do all the processed junk...eggs and meat with coffee is my breakfast.

Will never return there again
Pros:

The location

Cons:

They didn’t clean rooms one room.had problems with the bathroom. One room had ants that they never came to the room to check out.and had problems getting towels. When we got there ,their was problems with getting the room couple of rooms was canceled couldn’t get our discount.their pay system was messed up. It really sucked.

The blankets were stained and I was charged 100$ when I’ve been an IHG member for yrs without any complaints during my stay. I always pull my blankets off the bed it’s a personal preference so how could I have put a stain on them. Anyway I advise anyone staying here to check your room throughly and take pics of anything damaged that can be charged to you. I know I will be whenever I stay at a hotel from now on. And don’t bother calling IHG corporate they don’t exist.

Pros:

the breakfast was okay, friendly staff

Cons:

our beds were comfy but the sheets were not clean. when i pulled the blankets back i saw crumbs and a bottle cap on the sheets! That made me uncomfortable, plus the fridge was not cleaned out good enough, still dirty. I had to wipe it down before i put my food up for the night.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Booked room for myself and my granddaughter so we could swim and use hot tub.
Door to pool was broken so had to be open by key by the desk clerk. If she was busy…which she was, we had to wait for her to unlock.
Hot tub was broken.

Lovely stay and staff was
Pros:

Location and it was super clean! Even with the construction!

Cons:

We were there for 9 days and were looking forward to using a hot tub and unfortunately it was broken. The front desk staff notified us upon arrival. Would have still stayed at this amazing hotel but paid a bit more for that feature.

Cons:

We had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs to get into our room. The system had crashed and the front desk girl was doing her best but no one in the upper would come in and help her.also asked if they was going to give extra credit or discount we did t get that.

It was fine but the other holiday inn two miles away is better.
Pros:

The person working check in when I got there that first night was incredible. That’s the highlight of my stay.

Cons:

the room wasn’t up to standards. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut. the shower door slid completely open any time I tried to close it. The window had a draft and with the winds being as strong as they were, if the heat wasn’t blasting; it was cold in the room. There was a large stain on the blinds that looked like someone threw an entire greasy pizza at the window or something. Breakfast being $12 was also insane and I ordered doordash for the same price I would’ve paid for that.

Pros:

Property was in a great location. Close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The front desk staff when we arrived was not welcoming at all. He was not rude just not engaged in the least bit.

But what bothered me the most was the lack of cleanliness. The beds were clean but you can see the uncleanliness in the details. The shower was not fully clean, the bathroom walls had hair. You get a sense when you arrive that they are doing the bear minimum.
