We stayed here for a night just curious. Rooms are old, but exceptable price.
If you like taking photos, it might suitable for you. Others might feel annoying with camera and phones at every corner.
I took photos at 2pm, there's no one to disturb.
Breakfast was boring, had to finish soon and left to another resort.
This hotel is lovely. It has a nice pool facing the beach area. But on the other hand the hotel have so much potential but is syill lacking in so many things.
Cons:
1. Cleanliness
My room shower area have a white stains on the flooring. I am not too sure if it was the soap stain that was probably left for so long or some chemical stain. The walls below the shelves have black water stains. The chiller has a weird stench. And even at night i can see thrash were around the bench area at the beach side. Might want to consider having a thrash bin right there.
2. Noise
Due to the construction of the rooms, it gets really noisy with drillings everytime. So if you thought you could just sit back and enjoy the beach and the quite ambience, you are wrong.
3. Breakfast
Breakfast option was limited. It covers more of vietnam breakfast compared to intercontinental. So if you dont fancy vietnam food much or you have a strict dietary , you probably eat the bread and the egg only.
Pros:
1. Service
We were greeted w the porters assisting us from the driveway to the reception. And then the porters ushered us to our room as well. Which was quite standard but nice still. The receptionist were all friendly and nice.
2. The view
Hotel view is magnificent. Because it is facing the beach. It has a private beach where you can enjoy banana boat and jetski activities. The hotel exterior is nice for people who loves to take pictures for their social media.
3. The location
Location is good. You can rent the bike from them at 150000VND for a day to venture around the area of Mui Ne. It is located in the middle so it was easy to roam around. Just outside the hotel there is a tour company that can arrange for your trip to Sand dunes. ‘Lucky Tour’ the hotel works along with this tour company as well.
On other note if you are just staying fr 2 nights and dont mind the cleanliness part then you can give a shot but if you are those petty kind expecting really 5 star cleanliness. This is not it.
I saw the photos and fell in love with this hotel online. It looks like it belongs in the Greek islands. The photos do the place justice - it is beautiful.
We paid extra for a Seaview room and were looking forward to 4 days resting and enjoying the ocean. What ensued was mayhem.
Hoards of people descending on the property every day for one night in the hotel and 24 hours of partying and selfie taking. We had people sitting on our private deck chairs, talking at the top of their lungs, sitting right in front of our room until all hours of the night with their karaoke machines and speakers.
The management did nothing, in fact it was like living in a college dorm for 4 days.
In addition to this the food is terrible, the AC leaked and hardly worked, and the TV blacked out every minute or so.
Simply the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. There are plenty of much better options to choose from in Mui Ne, so I urge you to stay at a hotel where guests are respected.
Had 4 nights at this hotel, 4 nights of endless selfie’s being taken on our doorstep at all hours of the day and night, 4 nights of loud music and people talking from the deck chairs that were part of our oceanview room until we moved them inside so others could not sit in them. At no point did management ever come out to ask people to be quiet or to move other guests on from our “Oceanview” room... a room that whenever we opened the curtains there would be other guests at our door.
Our room was very dated, A/C leaked down the wall, TV (when they got it working) lost picture every 60 seconds.
Would not recommend this hotel if you actually wanted to enjoy the views and tranquility of a relaxing short break. If you are happy to have your personal space invaded by the constant selfie’s that are taken endlessly, then this is your hotel to stay, but I will not be advising any of my friends or colleagues to stay there.
This is the first time I stayed here for 02 nights, it’s a beautiful hotel. The plus was the staffs who was really nice and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, but I did not recommend the pizza, it need to be improved.
The negative point was the swimming pool, it was nice but dirty on the ground and the water was not clear, no one notices it.
I think one of the most popular hotel for do pictures in Mui ne. Located on the beach with beautiful view over the sea. Good buffet breakfast, but only Vietnamese food. We get really good big and clean room, the staff was helpful and kind. You can rent a motorbike to explore mui ne by your self very easy. I recommend it for short holiday trip.
We stayed there 2 nights in 2 renovated rooms. Rooms look lovely but small with standard services. Sometimes, bad smell came from the bathroom. They offer us a great view from their restaurant to the sea. You will also find their swimming pool is an very attractive unique check-in place, it's really beautiful.
I vote 3 for this place because of their staff attitude. We didn't feel welcomed there, they aren't supportive and even aren't friendly too. There is only one guy from the bar (who usually take order of beverage and food) who treated us okie. They need more hospitality.
We love their location and restautant decoration. However, foods aren't valued to the price.
All staff very friendly and warm, support when we need to information some of food. You can rent to motorbikes so no worry as the rate as quality. We really love in there. If we come back to Phan Thiết, we still choose to stay.
This hotel is lovely. If you can put up with all the tourists who spend all day posing and taking photos, then you will love this place. It's right on the beach and boasting two swimming pools. We had a room around the back, next to the smaller pool. It's away from the central pool, so it was much quieter. Rooms are adequate, clean and safe. We had to ask for a kettle, and the rooms do not have a fridge. Some rooms have sea view, but you can see right in, so they're not as private. Free breakfast was basic where you pick items off a small menu. No buffet. Other than bread and fruit there are no vegan options. Because of the lack of beach at Mui Ne this was one of the best spots. Would definitely stay here again.
Location isn’t bad, just the condition of rooms isn’t great. Hit or miss with working air conditioner, no fridges in rooms, bedding sheets weren’t clean. Overall was okay.
Really loved this little serene slice along the beach! The rooms were clean and tastefully done. Full bath with actual shower stall. Lovely pool and sitting area where you can enjoy free breakfast and unlimited coffee/tea. The beaches are gorgeous! The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. Surrounding area is really stunning!
The room decoration is elegant and comfortable. Room rate is low. Bathroom is basic. Very simple set breakfast and they have some extra foods for guests to take. Nice overall although not high quality. Private beach at the back with strong currents but nice enough for a quick bath. Very nice male Reception staff.
Stayed at the hotel for one week in a three-person room with my partner. We needed the extra space because of the amount of kitesurfing gear she had along.
The room was spacious and clean, the interior design was nice. The only problem was the refrigerator, which was incredibly loud (and not exactly cold). AC in room was good, but the bathroom has windows to the outside, so need to keep the door closed in order to keep the bedroom cool. Otherwise, the bedroom only has two small windows, making it rather dark during the day. Bed was wide and comfy, however I had real issues with the pillow, which was too big for my taste.
The hotel itself is beautiful with a very minimalist design, worthy of a photo shoot in the morning or evening sunlight. The infinity pool is wonderful. However, the finer details in the hotel design are rather poor (the way the trees are cemented into place, the obvious bolts on the palm-tree stumps to make a table. Rather sloppy attention to detail in the designs here!)
Breakfast is simple, but the staff were friendly to serve it at the lounge chairs in the morning overlooking the sea.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Only one key per room is issued, so if you want to keep the AC going during the day while you are out, ask them to give you a spare card (not key!) for the power unit in the room.
Schöne, neue Anlage - eine ruhige Oase, die wir sehr genossen haben!
The bus drop us off right in front of the hotel. Super convenient!
The staff's english is good and very helpful. They helped us with the sand dunes tour and bus tickets back to HCMC. The breakfast is really nice. A lovely experience in Mui Ne.
Nice mini resort! Clean rooms. Simple but nice breakfast! Staff, helpful and speak relatively good english. It is located near to the main attractions, Red Sand Dune, Fairy Springs and the fishing village.
very nice decoration with pool and private beach. otherwise the service is very poor. The front desk staffs is not very helpful. The lock of my door is hard to open from outside (the key doesnt work).
環境清幽,舒適
工作人員友善
但房間內的毛巾與床單被套沒有很乾淨
The hotel is conveniently located near Sinh Travel office where is the gathering place for tourists to take buses or coaches to other destinations, like Dalat. It has a pool and a private beach is just behind the hotel, but the sea is too wavy. The rate is very good.
Everything was amazing! Staff were all so sweet and friendly. Everyone from the two front desk gentlemen, the cleaning staff, and even the chef made my stay here so welcoming and comfortable. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal. Free bicycle rentals were a plus and I absolutely loved the pool. So glad I booked this boutique hotel for my solo travels instead of a resort. It felt very homey, like staying with family. I would definitely book Meraki Oasis again if I return to Phan Thiet.
