Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Please note that on-site bicycles are only offered free of charge to lodging guests. (subject to availability.) In an effort to reduce the environmental footprint, the property strongly encourage guests to use reusable items. Please remember to bring your own toothbrush and other toiletries with you. Please note that there are 25 hotel rooms and 9 private villas at Brickyard Retreat at Mutianyu Great Wall. The hotel rooms are located in Beigou Village while villas are located in the villages of Beigou, Mutianyu and Tianxianyu. Please note that additional charges will be required if guests arrive earlier than 15:00 or later than 18:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Incredible retreat at the Great Wall
Pros:

This was hands down one of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed at. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly attentive and friendly, organisation was very smooth, facilities and breakfast were impeccable and the biggest point of all: the location is just insanely gorgeous. We could see the Great Wall from our room!!! :) As an added bonus, we were offered a free drop-off and pick-up service to the Mutianyu ticket counter, which was very helpful (as the location is quite rural, which is definitely part of the retreat's charm). We will NOT hesitate to come back whenever we are in the vicinity!

Pros:

The hotel provided great customer service driving us to and from the Great Wall. Collecting us when we were ready. Stanley went out of his way to assist. We also booked a driver from the airport directly to hotel and then onto our hotel in Beijing the next day.

Surprisingly good boutique hotel at Mutianyu
Pros:

Despite being a small boutique hotel, there is access to 3 very good restaurants at nearby sister establishments with remarkably good food. The views of the Great Wall are a bonus!

Fantastisk beliggenhed og god service!
Pros:

Beliggenhed fantastisk og luksus med gratis shuttle service til den kinesiske mur! Vi ankom til hotellet og 10 min efter var vi på vej til muren.
God morgenmad og lækker jacuzzi, samt værelse med gode faciliteter. Der manglede ingenting! Vil anbefale dette hotel til alle der skal besøge den kinesiske mur.
