Pros:

The Adamo Hotel is a boutique property with a wonderful location overlooking the old city of Tbilisi backed by a large park with a gondola operation that takes you to the top of the mountain (or you can hike the ample trails). The exterior is reminiscent of a modern version of castle with corner rooms that look out over the city with spacious adjoining balconies. The views both night and day are well worth considering this hotel as a top choice. My insider tip is to book a room overlooking the city with the balcony. I found that I was able to easily walk down the hill to most of the cities major landmarks, but prepare for a cardio workout on the way back up. The walk down takes 15 minutes to the center square. Regarding food, the hotel serves a reasonably good breakfast with 180 degree views of the city below. If for nothing else, to simply sit outside and enjoy the view with a fresh cup of coffee is worth it. Eating out is a breeze...walk any direction and pick between cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The staff were always helpful and quickly recognized you to tailor their service. I found them quite friendly and happy to answer questions regarding the city.

My room was made up daily and very clean and neat. The bathrooms were modern and clean sporting both a rain style shower head and hand held sprayer. The showers also had great water pressure and quickly heated or cooled at all hours. The water in Tbilisi is safe and potable.

Pros:

We decided to book the Adamo Hotel for my wedding in Tbilisi. We could not be happier with our trip. The front desk staff was so helpful with everything from booking an airport shuttle to helping us book dinner reservations.
