Het was ok, maar zou niet meer teruggaan
Pros:

Het personeel was bijzonder aardig en voorkomend, altijd behulpzaam.

Cons:

Locatie, in de aanbieding stond 1 minuut van het strand, je moet dan wel 5 trappen af en ook weer op.
Ontbijt was op zich goed maar erg beperkt.

Perfect location, perfect service which made a perfect holiday on this beautiful island
Pros:

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Extremely clean. The staff are exceptional. From reception staff, ground staff, bar and restaurant staff, cleaning staff, security. Every staff member you walked past would stop, smile and greet you! If you requested anything from reception it was at your door within minutes. Laundry was collected and returned the same day.

Access to the beach via the stairs is quite challenging for our family. With children, the long climb can be very exhausting for them.

Clean, modern, everything worked, staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Short walk to the beach via private walkway.

Cons:

It lacks charm. Dining options weren't great.

Pros:

I went to Pinnacle Hotel with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!

As many others have written, the breakfast is pretty bad. Would say the hotel in general is pretty plain and uninspiring. So much they could do to improve.
