I wouldn’t recommend booking any experiences/treatments with the hotel. We tried three times and unfortunately we were let down in all of them.

The hotel offered nail service which I was happy to pay a premium for the convenience. I showed them the photo of wha I wanted and they quoted me a price. However after organising and booking it when it came time to doing them, the nail technician put an extra charge on the bill which they did not tell me about before booking. After discussing it and mentioning that this was not the price they quoted me they took 14% off the total amount. Once I finally sat down to do my nails, the nail technician couldn’t even do the design that I had shown them PRIOR to booking. I had specifically asked if she would be able to do it and they assured me that she could. So in the end I ended up paying 2850 pesos for a basic design that took nearly 2 hours.

The next day, we spoke to the front desk about organising a land tour around Boracay to see the main sights. I asked specifically if this was a guided tour (ie someone who would do more than just drive us around, and would actually tell us a bit about each place) and they said yes, and they even come down to help take photos and walk with us. So we were happy to book with them. The guide picked us up and spoke no English and when we arrived at the first attraction he pointed to us to get out and walk along the path. Confused - we rang the hotel saying this is not what they said they would book for us, and they said they would call him. He then met us on the path and when we asked him about the place a friend helped us translate that he said he actually doesn’t know anything about it and can’t give us any information. We decided to go straight back to the hotel. We were definitely not paying for this.

We were really disappointed with the way these services were handled.

La présence de travaux dès 8h30 le matin, ainsi que le passage du ménage assez tôt (vers 9h), ce qui peut réveiller si l’on souhaite dormir un peu plus tard. La connexion internet dans la chambre est parfois instable.

Wish they had an actual gym. And breakfast option could be better

Last minute early morning checkout procedure needs improvement to avoid departure delays to guests.

El desayuno es muy basico.
En la piscina tienen musica fuerte, inclusive cuando no hay nadie alrededor, que rompe la armonia del lugar.

Our room was very noisy from outside the windows. There was no view except for an old abandoned building. But the noise was so loud it felt like I was in a machine whenever spending time in the room. Our kids being young unfortunately at nap times I was trapped in a room listening to the humming. It wasn't relaxing at all. The tv kept breaking when trying to change channels with the remote would lose all channels. There was also nowhere to really hang and dry your wet bathers.

The walk to the he beach was quite a long set of stairs but was fine, we had a great time.

Piscine à l’ombre, nourriture et cocktails pas très bons.

The breakfast was not very tasty and had few options that we would like.
To reach the beach from the hotel you have to use lots of stairs, which is not very good if you have mobility problems. It was not an issue for us, but it’s good to take it in consideration when booking the hotel.
