Pros:

Nice people, polite and well mannered. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, walkable to main street. Good restaurant

Pretty good hotel
Pros:

Pretty nice hotel not far from the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are relatively new. A plenty of hot water. Restaurant on the ground floor with quite tasty and not very spicy food and friendly staff.

Cons:

Dirty bed linen. Poor soundproof in the rooms. Dirty path to the hotel with a pile of garbage. The restaurant did not have many options from the menu.

Pros:

While checking in, the room was made but the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty black. While upon asking the receptionist, they did changed to new bedsheets. It was a horrible experience overall. Please avoid to stay.

Hidden in Varanasi
Pros:

A lovely little hitel a bit of the main road so no noise. Very comfortable rooms and good water temperature at all times. Good breakfast choices. Great food we were very tired each day so ate in house.

Dining room staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful.

Reception staff including a lady we thought might be in xharge were very cheerful and very helpful.

Finally the door guy was super helpful aiding with getting auto rickshaws and assisting me with steps.

Great place to stay in Varanasi!

Pros:

Free airport shuttle (as described in Expedia) is not correct. They ask for 1000 rupees per vehicle one-way.

Bathroom and towels were not so good.

Staff and services were good .
In-house restaurant food was good .
Communication response from hotel were always prompt.

Overall the price is little high.

Hotel is okay , I rate 7 out of 10

Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

Toilet is very pathetic , the shower handle was broken and was not functioning properly. The maintenance staff couldn’t fix the issue after many attempts of repairing. Also there is no wet and dry area separation , so the washroom become water pool after the bath and after that its very difficult to use the toilet.
