Suítes bem simples diferente das fotos do booking, chuveiro não esquenta de jeito nenhum, o recepcionista até falou pra deixar 5 minutos ligado mas não adiantou

Quarto com cheiro de mofo.
sujeira nas paredes.
Cama afundada, desconfortável.
Vaso inundou o banheiro, pedi ajuda a recepção 2x e nem sequer tentaram arrumar ou saber como estávamos.
Café da manhã básico.
Não voltarei.
A localização é excepcional.

Não sei se foi o andar que ficamos porém estava o andar todo tomado de cheiro de mofo nos corredores por trás das placas de madeiras nas paredes, nos sofás do corredor e dentro quarto acima do ar-condicionado tinha manchas de mofo, a porta do quarto parecia arrombada, não funcionou o cartão de energia porque não havia o local pra ele, os controles da TV e do ar também não funcionaram e a reposição de papel higiênico não houve mesmo quando chegamos na primeira vez no quarto, pedimos algumas vezes na recepção. A vista da Orla é ainda maravilhosa pela janela do quarto, digo ainda pois estão construindo um novo hotel ao lado (obra em construção) e logo..logo a vista total ficará parcial.

O café é bem diverso, valeu a pena o munguzá bem saboroso. Precisa apenas melhorar as informações da recepção que foi feito algumas perguntas da região próxima ao hotel e não souberam responder.

Na parte do deck da piscina está em reforma e a vista é bem bonita lá em cima.

O Hotel precisa de um pouco de "carinho" na manutenção predial e itens dentro do quarto.

Ainda um detalhe interessante é que tem um salão com manicure no Hall de entrada que vale a pena se quiser dar um trato nas unhas.

Quanso cheguei não funcionava, TV, Ar Condicionado e chuveiro não funcionava. Tivemos que reclamar 2 vezes, para tomar uma providência, e tinha um lenço manchado de sangue e pedi a substituição e não tive e tive que pedir co estorno pôs-se quando cheguei não tinha ainda no quarto., ou seja uma bagunça generalizada, Não indico pra ninguém
