Be careful if you are a Gringo.
Pros:

Pretty comfortable. In a decent location.

Cons:

The guy that was behind the counter at night didn't want to help me with the air-conditioning. I had to go down to him 3 times before he gave me the correct information. He was intentionally being vague as I am a Gringo (in my opinion).

Café da manhã bom, funcionários solícitos.

Cons:

Padrão dos lençóis e toalhas, lentidão do sistema na hora do check-in, quartos com odor de mofo e mofo nas paredes dos quartos, recepção com piso molhado, só 1 funcionário pra dar conto do atendimento, vendas do mini mercado e a lentidão do sistema. Fotos um pouco diferente da realidade.

Poderia ter sido melhor.
Pros:

Poderia ser melhor, quarto bem básico, a cama não era muito confortável, o chuveiro não esquentava direito e nem a Tv estava funcionando.

Localização, chuveiro bom, acústica boa, travesseiros bons, cama boa, café bom (só ficamos com cheiro de comida)

Cons:

O box do banheiro tinha lodo nos cantos.
Os funcionários da recepção não tinham muito empenho em resolver solicitações.
Quem teve muito empenho para resolver foi a senhora que estava na recepção do café da manhã.
