Precisa melhorar o que 3 descrito no site. Para o que oferecem.
Pros:

Alguns funcionários realmente amam o que fazem. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso.

Cons:

Funcionários da noite, principalmente entre 19 e 20 HS. Sempre mau humorados.
O quarto não condiz com o que pagamos. Sempre com muita formiga, andando por todo lado. As fotos do quarto que alugamos é do 509. Porém nos deram o 508 que é muito menor. Ficamos chateados. Pois pagamos o mais caro. E ficamos no inferior. Totalmente diferente de quando fomos a 3 anos. Um dos elevadores não funciona. E ainda nos cobraram estacionamento sem estar descrito no booking.

Foi uma ótima estadia, fez a minha viagem ser bem tranquila!
Pros:

O hotel fica bem localizado, quarto espaçoso com local pra colocar as roupas, Wi-Fi pega bem no quarto, chuveiro com opção de água quente, tudo funcionando perfeitamente!

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ter uma variada, só funciona um dos elevadores, durante o dia você passa uns 2/3min só esperando o elevador chegar, cheguei a perder um Uber por causa disso.

Cons:

Instalações pouco ou mal conservadas. Quartos com as paredes sujas, ou mofadas, carecendo de sanificação, pintura ou limpeza das paredes. Percebe-se uma carência na manutenção de equipamentos hidráulicos também.

Hotel a melhorar muito para poder ficar bom!!

Da localização e da recepcionista do café.

Cons:

Café da manhã muito ruim com poucas opções, sem falar do suco fraco e horrível. No banheiro, utensílios de parede soltos, quebrados, no quarto algumas paredes com umidade, mofo, no guarda roupa somente dois cabides, insuficiente, acabamento das paredes e teto muito ruim.
