Pros:

A localização é excelente. Os quartos tem tamanho bom.

Cons:

O café da manhã não tem muita qualidade, apesar da diversidade.
O quarto estava com cheiro de tinta e poeira de pintura. Nos ofereceram outro quarto. Sem poeira, mas com cheiro de tinta ainda.

Tv não funciona, pedi pra arrumarem e nem se importaram, chuveiro extremamente gelado, colaram o botão de mudança de temperatura pra não mudar, ar condicionado barulhento e travesseiros só tinham 2 e eram horríveis, porta não trancava por dentro.

Se não fosse os imprevistos que aconteceram, até que a acomodação seria boa.

Do desprendimento de alguns funcionários, banheiro cheio de problemas não resolvidos, lâmpadas que não acende dentro do quarto.

Excelente custo-benefício para uma estadia curta na cidade.

Café da manhã era variado e isso foi realmente divino. A localização também é excelente, pois você consegue fazer quase tudo a pé. Os quartos e o banheiro são amplos. A recepção 24 horas também foi muito boa, e sempre tem alguém acordado durante a madrugada.

Cons:

Em uma noite no meio da estadia, o wifi não funcionou e não consegui assistir às séries as quais eu queria ver. Além disso, devido aos jogos interclasses, na quinta e na sexta houve muito barulho no hotel. Entretanto, reitero que foram problemas pontuais, não estruturais.
