Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location was great for my purposes. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious. It had an indoor pool and hot tub. I liked the decor. It felt safe. Friendly and helpful restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and maintenance staff. Parking was included.

Cons:

The coffee maker had not been cleaned upon arrival - a pod was still in the Kurig and the catch tray was full of milky water. The tea bags were not replaced daily. The kettle did not work. The shower was clogged. The thermostat did not work. The hot tub was cold on the second day we tried to use it. Maintenance and housekeeping were quick and happy to resolve all the issues. Managers avoided or did not respond when I brought up the problems we had.

Pros:

This place is hard to beat. Great location with walking distance to shopping, food, and trails.

Cons:

My room was facing the highway and even at night the noise from the vehicles was a bit much. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

The location to family and airport. Too bad there isn’t a shuttle.

The freeway sound from our window.. they offered to relocate and earplugs though.
