Jedyną dobra rzeczą jest czystość w hotelu .

Cons:

Santasport apartment hotel nie przylega do głównego hotelu,jest to osobny budynek który znajduje się ok .200m od recepcji ,restauracji i tak zwanym Spa.Przy mrozach -20,-30 nie jest fajnie przechodzić na śniadanie lub basen.Jeden pokój jest zupełnie ślepy ,bez zadnego okna ,maly klaustrofobiczny.Ani jednego programu w jakim kolwiek języku po za finskim .Nazwa Spa nie ma nic wspólnego ze spa.Wyglada to tak ,że jest basen z czterema liniami do pływania z czego trzy do szybkiego plywania i jedna wolna,jest to basen treningowy ,a nie dla relaksu.W tej samej hali znajduje się jaccuzi ,przy którym nie ma ani jednego leżaka ,żeby się zrelaksować.Jest to ośrodek treningowy ,spędziłam tam z rodziną trzy doby i nie widziałam ,żeby ktoś korzystał z tego Spa,bo Spa nie istnieje .Dziwię się ,że nie jest to dokładnie opisane na Bookingu,bo goście są wprowadzeni w błąd.Za ta cenę jaką zapłaciłam ,można było wynająć coś dużo lepszego Na pewno nie polecę tego miejsca znajomym .

Lovely apartment in the magic frozen woods!
Pros:

Lovely apartment in the woods but close to the hotel facilities and restaurant. Great indoor pool and extraordinary customer service. Many activities to do onsite and great location, in the woods, but within walking distance to the center. Would definitely come back! Thanks to the reception team who make you feel welcomed upon arrival.
