Pulizia e posizione.

Cons:

Tre appartamenti per il mio gruppo. L'annuncio parlava di due camere, 4 letti, due bagni con doccia.
La realtà: uno dei letti era un divano letto in cucina, una delle stanze era un loculo senza finestra, un bagno con vater e doccia senza lavandino e l'altro con vater e lavandino senza doccia. Ho dovuto prendere una camera aggiuntiva pagata più di quanto stava su booking.com. Non è serio.

Apertement sehr gut, Frühstück & Personal ok, Schwimmbad & der Bademeister eine Frechheit.
Pros:

Das Apartment war grosszügig und hatte alles was man braucht.
Eigene Sauna, grosse Küchenzeile, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Toiletten

Cons:

Frühstück war sehr klein und es hat jeden Tag das gleiche gegeben. Im Schwimmbad sind sehr viele Einheimische welche bewusst bevorzugt werden. Gäste werden schlecht behandelt - in dem Bewusstsein, dass sie schnell wieder ihre Sachen packen und verschwinden. Wirklich schade und frech.

Kokonaisuutena kuitenkin viihtyisät ja asialliset tilat pienistä puutteista huolimatta.

Yleisilme siisti ja huoliteltu mutta huoneistojen kalustukseen voisi hieman panostaa lisää tarpeellisen laskutilan/säilytystilan lisäämiseksi.

Pros:

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο ,και με υπέροχη θέα ,και η κόρη μας ξετρελάθηκε με την πισίνα !!

Cons:

Θα ήθελα άλλη μια επιλογή φαγητού …γιατί είναι εκτός πόλης το ξενοδοχείο οπότε το βραδινό το τρώγαμε εκεί !
Και το διαμέρισμα θα ήθελα να είναι πιο καθαρό ,ο φούρνος ήταν βρώμικος με λάδια και υπολείμματα από τους προηγούμενους πελάτες!!

SantaSport stay great for families
Pros:

The apartment style rooms were great for a family of 4 with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped, and allowed us to cook meals. The in-room sauna was perfect after being outside during the day.

The kids enjoyed the play space (for a fee) at the hotel; great to warm up after cool activities.

The location was a walk to the city center of Rovaniemi. There was also a grocery store within walking distance.

Cons:

Without public transportation available, the hotel is about 30 minutes walking from city center or most major attractions. While most tour companies did pick up there, we appreciate being closer to public transportation.

The breakfast buffet was okay; pretty limited and the same everyday. The food was good.

The spa was okay; from an American, the hot tub was not hot, so not as enjoyable as I would like, but the kids had a great time in the kids area.

Super Appartments mit ruhiger aber ungünstiger Lage.
Pros:

Das Appartment war schön groß und gut geschnitten.
Ein großen Bad mit WC, Dusche und Saune (Waschbecken fehlt, dann wäre es perfekt), ein kleinen Bad mit WC und ein sehr kleines Waschbecken.
Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppeltbett war super von der große und auch bequem.
Das Wohn-/Esszimmer + Küche war auch sehr geräumig, Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, Küchenzeile die alles dabei hatte.
Sofa, Tisch und Fernseher (gefühlt nur 5-6 Programme).
Ein kleines Zimmer mit Bett und Nachttisch, und der Eingangsbereich großzügig.

Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Appartment.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fande ich etwas dürftig, nicht so schön hergerichtet, Kantinenartig. Sehr wenig Auswahl für so eine große Anlage.

Wir waren von Freitag nachmittag bis Dienstag vormittag da und in der Zeit wurde nicht 1x sauber gemacht noch gefragt ob Handtücher gebraucht werden oder sonst was. Sauber hätte nicht gemacht werden müssen, aber 1-2 Handtücher getauscht wären nicht schlecht.

Die Lage ist gut wenn man mit Auto/Mietauto kommt. Sonst muss man immer mit Transport runter und hoch oder mindestens 30min aus der Stadt hochlaufen oder 20min von nächsten Supermarkt. Mit Einkäufe ist etwas mühselig.

Sehr geräumiges Apartment - sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Sehr geräumig / eigene Sauna / zwei separate WC‘s / gut ausgestattete Küche / super Freizeitprogramm.
Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden - Auto bei der Lage außerhalb von Rovanemi empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Leider zwei Einzelbetten und kein Doppelbett
