The room was nice, clean and the views were wonderful
Pros:

The location is great facing the water

Cons:

I didn’t like paying for a premium room I got put into a basic room with a palm tree blocking my water views until I told them and they were able to move me to a lot better room with better views.

Enjoyable, convenient, good vibe.
Pros:

Room on 11th floor had a great view.

Cons:

No weights. The exercise room was tiny and more of an afterthought than a worthwhile facility.

Cons:

opened the door in annex tower 3, huge industrial noisy humidity dryer in operation. All entry wet and room stunk. Bathtub lid did not close, no bath.
Did not change the room as after midnight.
Think booking.com bookings always get the worse rooms.

There was a pipe above the bathroom sink leaking water, we called the front and it was obvious they are aware of this issue because they sent someone right away without asking any questions and he was equipped with a wet vac to address the issue. It fixed the issue that night but the leaking returned. Instead of actually fixing the problem, they just wait for each new guest to call and complain and slap a 5 min bandaid on it. And for what they charge for that room...not ok.

Great stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

The location is perfect near restaurants, walking distance to Little Italy, Seaport Village, the MIdway tour, Balboa Park, and other entertainment. We enjoyed being across the street from the harbor with really nice views. We enjoyed the free coffee for two if you are a guest of the hotel. The hotel is dog friendly and we appreciated that since our dog usually travels with us. The staff is nice and willing to help if needed. I enjoyed the location and didn't realize that most attractions are about 15 minutes or less by car. We have stayed at the Wyndham Bayside several times before and will continue to patron the Wyndam. I only wish that the rooms had a microwave in them. Other than that it's a great hotel with comfort and at a reasonable nightly rate.
