For dowtown San Diego near the air port it is a onderfull place much better than Hotel row.
Pros:

The view of view of the skyline was wonderful. The hotel staff went out of there way to make sure our question were answered when they heard us remarking together were to go.

Cons:

The rain and no parking spots at 9 PM.

Staff unfriendly very old furniture and carpet. Very difficult to go to the room no parking available in spite of expensive parking fees I will never get back there. I had to cancel my other reservation when I get off my cruise

Not worth the money. Should have looked for another hotel at a better rate!

Location. Right across the street from the pier terminal for the cruise ship!
View was great.

Cons:

Old. Dirty. Carpet was wet as if they just shampoo’d it. Was awful to walk on it .””.
Check-in wasn’t until 4:00 which meant we had to
Sit around. When check in started, the line went around the whole lobby. Parking is $50 a day. Should be free or at least cheaper for guests.
Coffee Was Unacceptable. Had to go
To The barista for a decent cup of coffee.

I did not get the room that I booked online, different pictures compared to the room I received. Parking is charged at $50 per night, however, a parking spot is not guaranteed. Parking spots are too narrow. The coffee/snackbar is not open 24/7.
