Ryan was super nice and helpful he waived my view to upgrade me to a premiere view! He was so kind and I can’t wait to see the hotel

The staff was all out rude. The girl checking me in hardly acknowledged me. Kept shuffling through a stack of papers and made me feel like I was a distribution of her work and not the reason for it.

Lili is the best
Pros:

Lili at the front desk was the nicest and most helpful associate I have ever met, not being over dramatic. She went above and beyond to accommodate me in the best way possible, and didn’t make me feel like I was asking too much of her. She is perfect!

Descontentos por la vista que no pedimos.

La van que nos llevo y nos recogió del aeropuerto

Cons:

Que pagamos igual que todos los demás inquilinos y nos dieron la vista de un parking y eso no era lo que pedimos. Nosotros pedimos vista al mar porque era una ocasión muy especial, al menos nos hubieran hecho un descuento. Que mal estuvo eso.
