Pros:

Cynthia was awesome. She helped us all the way out such a lovely lady. I would highly recommend to use her service goes all the out to help and support you and so did the front desk and all the stuff working here. Great place if you can afford it

Pros:

Buen hotel. Es un poco viejo, pero en general comodo y una buena estancia. El parqueadero es demasiado costoso ($50/dia). Muy bien ubicado.

Great view. Great service. Room not so great.

The view and location were great.

Cons:

Room could have smelled and looked cleaner. Almost had a motel room type of smell like someone had smoked and tried to mask it. Carpets could use replacing.

Convenient location if you want to be close to the airport. Otherwise not many redeeming qualities.
Pros:

Location was okay. Lot's of activity within a 30-minute walk. The nearby area is not particularly lively besides the boardwalk.

Cons:

The bathroom was in need of some basic repair and was otherwise rather low quality. The only entrance was right next to one of the beds with a sliding glass door that doesn't easily close all the way. The sink was also barely usable because of the short faucet and the toilet mechanism was in disrepair.

Dirty room and rude staff at check in
Pros:

The location was decent and there were good restaurants nearby as well.
The man who helped us tag and hold our luggage was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Most of the staff was rude and slow at the front desk when we checked in. We asked for more pillows once at our room, so I wanted to stay in the room until they were delivered, I waited two plus hours and no one came. I could have left and been out of the room during this time. I had to call down again to get someone to bring pillows up.
The towels all had stains on them and hairs that were not our own hair. We grabbed the "fresh" towels once we got to the room and noticed stains and hairs in the towels.
The reason we asked for extra pillows is because I went to grab the extra pillow in the bathroom closet that was in a bedding bag with an extra blanket, the extra pillow in the closet had make up and other stains on both sides of it. Super gross and completely off putting.
Also the pillows were all paper thin. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as well.

Wouldn’t stay again!
Pros:

Loved the location

Cons:

We waited in line for a while to check in. They took flight attendants and random people just by passing the line for new cards and questions first even though we were in line waiting before they showed up. A long line. We get to our room, we had no hand soap, lotion and body wash were empty and we only stayed 1 night. We payed good money for a bay view and honestly it wasn’t worth the money.
