Almost perfect
Pros:

The big buffet was always great. Beach was very nice, not very crowded in September and the water was really warm. The room was clean. Quentine Beach Bar was great.

Cons:

We had really nice holidays and will just point out some stuff which could be usefull to you...
- The first room had a connection door (for families) and we could hear every word they said. The reception gave us another room, withput connection door, which was great. Problem solved.
- They clean the pool everyday but its walls are quite dirty around water level in some areas (looks like a lot of remains of suncream and something black like mold).
- They can mix a lot of cocktails, but use low cost ingredients. Order your drinks with a specific brand to get the most out of your all inclusive. Also they have no limes (green), they replace them with lemons (yellow) because they grow locally and so its more cost efficient. So, you wont get a real mojito and stuff like that.
- You need to be lucky to get 100% beef, since they use a lot lamb; even in the minced meat. Chicken is always available. Also the parmesan cheese tastes like made from goat milk. All this is no problem if you like lamb and goat. But as beef and parmesan lovers this is hard.

Wir waren als Paar ohne Kinder in einer Zeit dort, in der viele Familien mit Kindern da waren. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Super Anlage, Essen und Getränke top, am Strand wenig los. Die Kellner waren sehr engagiert, jedoch war das Englisch von den Kellnern nicht so gut ausgeprägt, was manchmal zu Missverständnissen geführt hat. Deutsch wurde teilweise auch gesprochen, aber darauf haben wir keinen Wert gelegt.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sauberer Anlage, freundlichem Personal, leckerem Essen und legendärem Aquapark, perfekt zum Entspan
Pros:

Ein absolutes Top-Hotel! Personal, Essen, Hotelanlage und Service waren wirklich herausragend – eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je war. Der Service ist 10/10: alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, dazu ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Wir durften unser Zimmer sogar 6 Stunden früher beziehen. Besonders angenehm war, dass es kaum Self-Service gab – trotz voller Auslastung mussten wir fast nie auf Getränke oder Essen warten. Der Aquapark war legendär, einer der besten, die ich je erlebt habe!

Cons:

Wer Party oder Abendunterhaltung sucht, ist hier definitiv falsch – ab ca. 23:30 ist das Hotel praktisch tot, obwohl die Bar theoretisch 24/7 geöffnet hat. Auch tagsüber am Pool lief nicht einmal Musik, was wir uns zumindest mittags gewünscht hätten. Das Hotel ist also klar auf Ruhe und Familien ausgerichtet. Obwohl es zu 100 % ausgebucht war, hatte man nie das Gefühl, dass es überfüllt ist. Das Snackbar-Angebot war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels eher eingeschränkt (täglich Pizza und Hamburger etc.), aber die Qualität und der Geschmack der Speisen waren insgesamt herausragend – eines der besten, die wir je hatten. Einzig die Desserts waren sehr enttäuschend, Auswahl und Qualität hätten besser sein können. Insgesamt aber ein Top-Hotel für alle, die wirklich entspannen möchten.

Deze accomodatie is super qua hygiëne, kwaliteit eten, vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel! Is zeker een aanrader om eens op vakantie te gaan.

Ne retournerons certainement pas.
Pros:

Les animateurs, les activités, la gentillesse du personnel et les activités pour les enfants ainsi que les animateurs pour les enfants. La gentillesse des femmes de chambres.

Cons:

La nourriture, trop répétitif, surtout pour ceux qui restent 10 jours, pas ne nouveautés, pas de viande, pas de goûts. les chefs de salle qui crient sur le personnel et les rabaisse ( nous parlons turc). Nous avons été appelé par le chef après avoir noté le séjour mais pas de changement après nos remarques. Les adultes fument autour de la piscine des enfants.
Ce n’est pas très propre autour de la piscine. Et pas de service nous devons aller chercher nous même les boissons quand nous sommes à la piscine ou à la mer.
