Value for money
Pros:

Two representatives at the front desk were nice.
It was easy to get fresh towels
Breakfast was provided every day and coffee was always available

Cons:

None of the housekeeping staff that I came into contact with spoke any English, The maintenance man didn't speak English either. There were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, When I reported it the man at the front desk asked me what I wanted him to do about it because they were booked up so there was no other room to move to. I asked if he had any insect spray and he looked but did not find any. My TV didn't work, the maintenance man came and looked at it and said that I could move to a different room. We communicated using a Spanish/English translator. The recommendation was to change rooms. I had already cleaned the draws and unpacked my suitcase and didn't want to have to do that again. On several occasions the toilet would not flush, the maid made it work once and the other times I had to jiggle the handle and keep trying until it flushed.

The room was presentable and clean. Breakfast was nice as well with some healthy variety. Missing tea options but overall great. 😊

Terrible dont stay there

Cons:

The shower was broken and we had to go to the front desk to ask for help. She told us it was tricky and had to move it just right. The handle to the faucet just spun around. Turns out, cold is hot and hot is cold and you had to guess where the water would be hot. Hotel was super run down and smelly, super loud , carpet all rolled up and nasty, and the pool was empty and had very nasty stagnant water in the deepend. Would never go there again, disappointed in the price for what we didn't get! Don't stay there! The hotel didn't even have a sign outside and we didn't even know if we were in the right place.

Nothing I liked about this hotel most first time in Houston experience this hotel is not up today at shouldn’t be running I had no hot shower internet don’t works very dirty

The property does not look anywhere near the photo I was misled was so bad I could only stay the first night I never stayed for the remainder of my stay my women was very uncomfortable

Parking lot was dark, sign was not lit, dirty inside and stinky too. People walking around the hotel late at night. I felt very unsafe just walking in to this hotel.
