Pros:

The hotel is high tech.
The breakfast was good, I loved their fruit selection.
The sea view
The terrace in my room, my daughter was able to play outside.
Carla from the front desk was very professional, with a welcoming smile. I appreciate her for making our stay memorable.

Cons:

There is a highway just right in front of the hotel, that can be scary and risky especially if you are travelling with a Child. I had to be alert every time I left with my 3 year old daughter.
The noise from the road.

El alojamiento está genial, la atención del personal fue estupenda. Todo estaba muy limpio y la habitación tenía vistas a la playa.

Alles in allem ich war nicht zufrieden .
Pros:

Es lag in der Nähe vom Strand, 15 min vom Hafen, Bustation und Playa Canteras entfernt. Die Altstadt war auch in 10-15min mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Bushaltstellen waren nicht weit vom Hotel. In der Nähe sind auch kleine Supermärkte und Apoteken zu finden. Schöne Aussicht des Hafens auf der Dachterasse.

Cons:

Das 4 Sterne Hotel hat kein Frühstück inklusive, das Zimmer war feucht, um 8Uhr morgens bin ich mit dem Lärm von der Baustelle nebenan aufgewacht. Man hörte auch die Leute im Durchgang. Manche Zimmer haben kein Tageslicht; Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Zimmer im Innenhof.
Als ich frühzeitig auschecken wollte, und woanders hin gehen wollte, hätte ich nur ein kleiner Betrag zurück erstattet bekommen.
Man hörte die Leute auf der Dachterasse bis spät an.
Das Hotel könnte auch in jedem Zimmer eine Toilettenbürste zur Verfügung stellen.
