Pros:

Localização, funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Quartos confortáveis e que atendem a todas as necessidades. Serviço de limpeza incrível.

Cons:

Algumas marcas de uso na casa de banho, barulho a partir das 8h da manhã por haver obras ao lado do hotel. Frigorífico não esfria muito bem. Só há canais espanhóis e não tem canais de stream.

Beautiful room but no natural light
Pros:

The room was beautiful - well equipped and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location is great.

Cons:

The bedroom didn't have a window. There were glass doors through to the bathroom which had a window that looked out over a tiny shaft behind the lift. So no view and no natural light. This meant that it felt like being in a very luxurious box. The hotel wasn't full so I'm not sure why we weren't allocated a room with natural light and a view. The bedroom was also tiny and cramped - for two people to move around one had to get on the bed. The bathroom however was huge!

Great hotel
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at your hotel and found the service to be excellent from the start. The receptionist was professional and helpful (sorry, I can’t recall her name). Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection. Vivian (if I remember correctly) was particularly helpful and provided useful suggestions, including advice on bus directions shops and attractions whit in the area . Overall, we would be happy to return.

Una experiência increíble, volveré sin duda

todo muy perfecto, tienen un espacio muy lindo, una tereza muy agradable y el atendimento de TODOS los personales que trabajan allí muy amable! La ubicación muy buena, cerca de muchos lugares y playas. Me encantó demasiado y volveré sin duda

Cons:

las habitaciones súper limpias, teníamos en la habitación shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, esponja de ducha, cepillo de dientes y hasta gorro para pelo tenía. La camarera muy amable, y a cada día dejaba nuestra habitación impecable. Quedamos en una 6 planta y con una vista espectacular al mar!

El agua de la ducha imposible de poner a temperatura agradable, las sábanas nos las pusieron sucias y tuvimos que cambiarlas nosotros y somos de utilizar escaleras,evitamos el ascensor, y todos los días las escaleras estaban llenas carritos de recoger la ropa casi imposible de pasar, esto no lo había visto nunca

Que la habitación fuera limpiada un día a las 15'57 minutos y tenernos esperando para ducharnos a pesar de pedir en recepción más de una hora antes si podían adelantar un poco la limpieza.Estuvimos esperando en recepción más de 1h.La recepcionista avisó a limpieza y pidió adelantar la limpieza pero no hicieron caso.
No me gusta no poder abrir la ventana de la habitación en ningún momento.En verano ayudaría.
