Reasonable place if you need a short night's sleep and not a long stay
Pros:

The location is excellent and within walking distance to attractive tourist areas such as the famous La Boca neighborhood. The staff at the reception is very nice and tries to help with any request.

Cons:

When we entered the room there was a bad smell and there was fecal residue in the toilet which was disgusting. In general the place seems not to be well maintained.

El desayuno, lo cómodo y amplio de los departamentos. Todo limpio y funcionando. A dos cuadras de la 9 de julio.
Cochera en el mismo edificio. Hace más de 8 años que los elegimos para hospedarnos en Bs As.

Equipe de atendimento muito profissional.
Café da manhã de muito bom gosto.

Cons:

Tem um equipamento no banheiro (bañera) que requer cuidado ao usá-lo, pois escorrega e pode causar um acidente com pessoas de mais idade.
Seria interessante oferecer um tapete para usá-lo durante o banho para evitar que o usuário sofra um acidente.

horrible porque no muestran lo que verdaderamente son en las fotos que proponen

la habitacion no corresponde con las fotos , en general el hotel no corresponde a las fotos mostradas en el dossier, en particular la habitacion , la cama matrimonial tenia olor a orina, y reconociendo el problema , el personal no se movio en forma presurosa, al otro dia si me cambiaron la habitacion, pero tampoco guarda lugar con las fotos que muestran
