Amazing!
Pros:

Extremely well located, close to everything yet very quiet. A boutique hotel type, very comfortable, very clean, beautifully designed and equipped - a home away from home. It simply looked like the best hotel in Chiang Rai, for a very reasonable price. We cannot wait to go back!

Large rooms but slightly tired and worn out but Good value for money.
Pros:

Big hotel with larger rooms.
Good value for money .

Cons:

The breakfast was very very basic more fit for a 3 star.
The breakfast room was too cold as well ( it was January )
Very transactional feel. Staff kind but nothing that would make them stand out.

Comfort a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città
Pros:

Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che l'hotel è leggermente decentrato. Struttura nuova molto pulita. Camera De Luxe ampia e con affaccio sulla piscina interna. Buona colazione nell'area ristorante con possibilità di cenare. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato una Suite Corner Room rivelatasi poi senza finestre, aveva uno spiraglio di aria ma in pratica quasi murati vivi e la cassaforte non era funzionante e nemmeno il personale è riuscito a farla funzionare. Abbiamo fatto anziché un upgrade un downgrade nella De Luxe, più economica ma con finestra, pagandola in ogni caso come Suite. Anziché la doccia che era presente in suite ci siamo dovuti accontentare di una vasca adattata a doccia.
