Holiday Inn & Suites St. Cloud by IHG

Overall ok stay but be aware what you will be charged. Had a certificate for a room sun- Thursday and tax payable at check in. No idea they would charge an additional $80 just because. No explanation and refused to listen at check out. Asked for a call back from manager since they weren’t at their desk but no call back. Extremely high rate for a random Sunday with no breakfast included. Had to ask for pool towels on several occasions since those weren’t stocked even at opening in the morning. Several food items left on the floor from night before that weren’t cleaned. The hotel remodel looks great but we have gone to Wisconsin dells or stayed somewhere comparable with breakfast included for a lot less.

WE REALLY ENJOY THIS PLACE!

Both times we’ve gone, it’s been for our son’s bday and we let him bring a few friends. There are so many activities for them to enjoy!! Basketball (two hoops), a volleyball court/net, a huge open space to throw the football, multiple pools, a large arcade… I don’t know what else they could ask for - honestly!!

They had so much fun, and a special thanks to Abdi at the front desk!! He helped us out with a few things and he was so friendly and personable and kind. Thank you Abdi for helping make our stay so fun and memorable!

I stayed at the St Cloud Holiday Inn with my family for a couple days to celebrate my son’s birthday and celebrate the New Year. I have stayed at this property a few times in the past, but haven’t been back since they renovated. I was amazed at the transformation and what a great property this has become. The staff was so nice and a accommodating as well. I was pleasantly checked in by Abdi who was friendly and welcoming, we talked for a little bit during my check-in and I found out he does Front Desk and Security in the restaurant. He was a very nice guy. I also got to chat and meet Samla and Mekhi who work at the front desk. I stopped by a few times to double check a few things with my reservation and Samla has a very sweet smile and kind personality, also Mekhi is a great guy who said he was new at this property and he just moved here. He was very kind of personable and sweet as well and very helpful. I was also helped by Nyah when I needed a few new room keys and she was very nice, sweet and helpful. We also dined in the restaurant called Legends, which is excellent! The staff is super nice and friendly and on top of making sure you have a pleasant meal. Paula was working there and I ordered a couple things from her at the bar and she was really sweet and accommodating. We also had a really fun New Year’s Eve at Legends. There was a fun live band and it was really family friendly. A lot of people and kids were dancing. We really enjoyed that too. Upon my checkout day, I came across a very nice gentleman I had seen a couple times throughout my stay. His name was Brion and I found out he is the manager at this property. I was telling him how much I really enjoyed all of his staff and how we had such a welcoming, fun and wonderful stay at his property, and he was very pleased to hear this and said he hopes we come back and really appreciates the kind words. Overall I would definitely highly recommend this hotel for a night stay or even a staycation. It is fun and has 4 pools, arcade games, recreational activities and all of the staff is really sweet and friendly. You will definitely enjoy your stay. I will for sure be back for a future stay!! Room was adequate but wall picture was gone and big screws left to look at. No bath mat present had to use personal towel. When mentioned to desk people barely acknowledged. Security guards very helpful in finding our rooms.

No refunds sadly

Just popped into town for a concert, and was amazed at the quality of this property and her staff. A truly remarkable experience.

Beautiful property- kids loved the pools and hot tubs only complaint was pool is very cold
