Agréable, proche du centre
Pros:

Le personnel, une famille chaleureuse, est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Dès l’arrivée, ils vous accueillent avec le sourire et partagent leur contact WhatsApp pour faciliter la communication. Le petit-déjeuner se commande par message ou directement sur place en cuisine. De vrais plats faits maison variés et délicieux que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuse. L’emplacement est très pratique : un Mart se trouve juste à la sortie et d’autre supermarché un peu plus loin. Le centre-ville est à 10mn à pied. Nous n’avons eu besoin de taxi que pour nos sorties en dehors d’Ubud.

Cons:

Bien que la chambre soit spacieuse, il y avait une odeur d’humidité. Quand il pleut, on entend le bruit depuis la chambre, ce qui peut déranger si vous avez le sommeil léger. Il y a aussi des travaux à côté, mais cela ne m’a pas vraiment gêné. Le chemin d’accès n’est pas des plus faciles avec des valises, et la première fois on peut un peu se perdre.

Pros:

Very poor management! No soap, shampoo, toilet roll or hand towels provided. Shower curtain was rusted. No electrici kettle in the room. We booked 2 king beds 2BDR but ended up getting one king bed and one single bed. Owner did not understand English at all which was a major issue.
Location wise very good! Walking distance to Ubud market

Pros:

Le personnel nous a très chaleureusement accueilli. Nous avons loué deux chambres, nous avons rien à dire pour la première, tout était parfait. Cependant dans la 2e l’eau stagnait dans la salle de bain ce qui faisait une sorte de petite inondation. À part ça les petits déjeuners étaient très bon et la vue est très jolie.

Betrof een nieuwbouw. Alles was netjes en verzorgd.
Eigenaar en zijn familie waren vriendelijk.
Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamer lag op de tweede verdieping. De trapleuning was nog niet geleverd. Dit was levensgevaarlijk.
Afstand van de straat naar de kamer was wel een eindje en naar de parkeergarage zeker.
Gelet op de zeer dichte hoge bebouwing rondom en de diepe vallei aan de achterzijde van het gebouw, maak ik me ernstig zorgen bij een eventuele aardbeving.

Great property if you’re using it as a place to just sleep. Very clean and tidy
Pros:

The property was built in a good location - set back from the street so didn’t hear any noise. The rooms and living area was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The hot water was hard to work out as it took ages to get hot. There was a kitchen but barely any cutlery so was hard for breakfasts

Pros:

They are such a beautiful family who were super welcoming! From the moment I arrived they picked up my suitcases and showed me the place. They made me feel like family. Nothing was too much. If I needed something, they would bring it straight away. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone I know visiting Bali.

Great homestay
Pros:

The room was big and clean. I had a room upstairs, and the jungle view was amazing. Breakfast was alright. Wifi worked fine. The Balinese family living in the compound shared some fresh snacks with me :)

Cons:

There is some serious construction going on around, but it wasn't too noisy.
