Demasiado ruido, toda la noche! No puedes descansar para nada
Excelente ubicación, amplia la habitación y el servicio de limpieza fue muy bueno, contabamos con un 7eleven al frente, farmacia a una cuadra y a una cuadra también de la 5ta avenida.
Tuvimos la mala experiencia de haber reservado una habitación y al llegar nos dieron una de diferente valor (menor) y que no se asemejaba a lo que habiamos pagado, luego de reiterados reclamos nos hicieron el cambio de habitación (luego de varios días ya hospedados) fue una situación que no estaba dentro de nuestros planes.
Very good location, the room was clean, the staff was friendly too was a good experience staying there.
Perfect hotel if your purpose is to be close to the bars and spend time with your friends ( can be loud due to the location )

No microwave, no coffee machine in room 19. Basically, the kitchenette had one raggedy stove hooked to a propane cylinder in the room! That must be a Mexican kitchen. Dirty sink. The bathroom roof had mold growing on it and the window couldn’t be closed and lacked a screen. Window in the room lacked screen. Insects/ mosquitoes came in freely. Very steep high stairs to climb up with luggage. Non refundable so I had to stay till the end. The music outside stayed till 4 am. You sleep only during the day.

Las televisiones son antiguas, la primer habitación que tuvimos la televisión no funcionó y la recepcionista nos cambió a otra sin embargo se veía muy estresada y cansada se ve que tienen muchos problemas de quejas, nos dio otra habitación pero no era Smart TV, las camas eran nada cómodas, sin embargo para algo de una noche está súper bien
La ubicación, aunque había ruido gran parte de la noche por fiestas en los alrededores, dado que esta ubicado en pleno centro.
Tuve que esperar casi una hora o más para hacer el check in, dado que en la recepción no había nadie y el teléfono nadie lo contestó. Sumado a ello me cobraron más del precio señalado en Booking, (según el IVA no estaba incluído). La habitación no es nada acogedora, la cama es dura, los artefactos del baño antiguos, no habían enchufes cerca de la cama, el ventilador no funcionaba, y no habían colgadores de ropa ni tampoco nevera.

Run down fridge and the long high stairs to get to your room. Taking shower was not easy, either too hot or cold. You could hear the high pressure in the pipes .....
Las dimensiones de las camas eran adecuadas.
La higiene del establecimiento es cuestionable, sus instalaciones son obsoletas, la ubicación del hotel es ruidosa. El jacuzzi es anticuado y carece de funcionalidad, requiriendo llenado del personal, no lo puede hacer el huésped.
