Moonshine Hotel

Tuve que esperar casi una hora o más para hacer el check in, dado que en la recepción no había nadie y el teléfono nadie lo contestó. Sumado a ello me cobraron más del precio señalado en Booking, (según el IVA no estaba incluído). La habitación no es nada acogedora, la cama es dura, los artefactos del baño antiguos, no habían enchufes cerca de la cama, el ventilador no funcionaba, y no habían colgadores de ropa ni tampoco nevera.

Close to night club so super noise

Run down fridge and the long high stairs to get to your room. Taking shower was not easy, either too hot or cold. You could hear the high pressure in the pipes .....

La higiene del establecimiento es cuestionable, sus instalaciones son obsoletas, la ubicación del hotel es ruidosa. El jacuzzi es anticuado y carece de funcionalidad, requiriendo llenado del personal, no lo puede hacer el huésped.

Muchísimo ruido imposible dormir ,si eres de los que te gusta disfrutar la noche ir a bares, espectáculos es ideal lo tienes cerca,El Mandala y la vaquita playa del carmen y un poco más arriba el coco bongo.. todos los diaaa!😳pero si te gusta dormir y descansar para aprovechar el día no lo recomiendo,la música está hasta las 4 de la madrugada y se oye en las habitaciones muy exagerado ni con tapones,las paredes retumban,había leído los comentarios antes de venir pero no me imaginé que fuera tan fuerte,y desde las 7 de la mañana las chicas ya empiezan hacer sus tareas y son muy ruidosas y las conversaciones entre ellas muy fuerte..
Consejo: miren bien los alrededores si hay discotecas tan pegadas!🤦🏼‍♀️

There was some construction going on outside of my room and the walls were very thin so I could hear everything through the walls. Also during the night it is very close to a lot of night clubs so it was very noisy until 4am and then the construction would start at 8am. The lady from reception was very nice and wanted to change the room for me but the guy next day was not so willing to do it. So in the end I stayed in the same noisy room. Also there was a grill outside of my room and one day there was still some people after 11pm. The reception helped in this case to let them know that this was out of the ordinary hours.

It’s a bit noisy at night if you’re trying to get a good night sleep as it’s literally around the corner from the Party Scene in Playa. Perfect for twenty something people

L'insonorisation de la chambre laisse à désirer, car il y a les boîtes de nuit qui se situent juste à côté (prévoir des boulquies).

But right next to 4 nightclubs. Music on till 4am every night so you won't get a sleep. Hotel only for people who can stay out till 4am

Doors could probably use a peep hole for added security.

La bulla de las discos pero igual superable, no era tanto tema eso , pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta

No habia estacionamiento privado (dificil encontrar espacio frente al hotel para mayor seguridad y costo de parking)
Baño con desperfectos en plomeria (llave de lavabo escurria agua a la mesa haciendo charco)
Cocina limitada (parrilla electrica, pocos platos, vasos y cubiertos)

Keiharde muziek van clubs en discotheken tot 3 uur snachts. Appartement is totaal niet geïsoleerd. De bedden zijn verschrikkelijk. Er is alleen maar heet kokend heet water, je kunt dus niet douchen. Mega onvriendelijk personeel en het is heel vies.

I did not like the fact we had to listen to bumping music every night until 4am. It was not in any review we read. Not sure if those were deleted or not
