Very uncomfortable. Took pics of room camera didn't use flash.
Pros:

The room was fairly clean. The location worked out for the purpose of my visit to DesMoines.

Cons:

My meetings were over that having to stay another night was not necessary (booked room for 3 nights). The meeting ended a day early. They would not refund me for my room. The flagpole lighted was shining directly into my room. Mentioned to management with no response. I have been a customer of Hilton for many years with a Hilton Honors account. I will never stay in any of their facilities again and inform as many people as possible of their disinterest.

This hotel was great in all areas. There were no negatives and it had exactly what we were looking for at a great price
