Geweldig hotel, zeker weer terug!
Pros:

Alles! Rust en gezelligheid tegelijkertijd. Hele leuke activiteiten voor de kids en ook uiteraard voor de ouders. De zee is op loopafstand en heerlijk zand en alles bedacht. Heerlijk looproute en snelle service van je dranken.
Spa was ook heerlijk. Ook geen jackpot prijzen.
Geen catwalk gasten en allemaal leuke personele. Vooral Kayra, hij is heel behulpzaam en een lief gezicht die alles voor je wilt doen.

Dankjewel Paloma Finesse en tot de volgende keer!

La plage!

Cons:

Ambiance générale très calme. Anmations moyennes. La nourriture au self est identique tous les jours. Midi et soir souvenirs du palomarenda d'il y a cinq ans. C'était nettement plus qualitatif.

My first and last time at this place
Pros:

The only good thin about this hotel was the architecture.... But that was about it. Nothing else was even near so called 5-star hotel. It was waist of money on every level.

Cons:

I got bitten by bedbugs after two nights. Almost 20 bites all over my body
The staff was very rude where ever we were
The QR-codes did not work by our poolbeds that we paid exrra for
Neather did the codes work at the beach
A lot of the staff didn't speak english, so half of the time when we ordered drinks or something else we didd't get what we asked for
The waiting time to order anything was forever
The food was not five star food
My friend bought a suncream in the hotel shop and got rash all over her body beacause it we so old.
I asked for transportation to the airport and was promissed that a car will come att 5 o'clock. The car didn't arrive.Neather did the staff make sure that a new came fast even if they knew that we could miss our flicght. In stead they said 10min every time I asked for the car. After 40 min a car came ant the driver told me that they didn't book him at five a clock. They called 5 min before he came and told him to hurry. So not did they just fail to do their job they also lied to my face. So we almost missed you flight back home, had to run in 40 degrees with a small child to catch the plane.
The fruit was moldy on the table in our room
The mini bar was not refilled regulary,we had to call and ask for it.

Entspanntes und schönes Hotel
Pros:

Location wie Architektur und Design ist top und widerspiegelt sich im ganzen Ressort. Das Resort ist weitläufig und wird trotz grossem Personalaufkommen nie als "eng" wahrgenommen.

Es hat zwar nur einen Pool, aber auch dieser ist infolge der Grösse nicht "eng". Bademeister waren stets vor Ort. Bistro, Pool-Bar und die drei Restaurant (alle All-inclusive) passen sich in diese Philosophie, dass kein Übermass vorliegt, sehr gut an. Das à la Carte Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht.

Der Strandabschnitt ist sauber und "gemütlich". Das Beach-Restaurant ist gleich in der Nähe und ist ebenfalls super (gehört zu den drei bereits erwähnten Restaurants)

Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und äusserst bemüht sämtliche Wünsche zu erfüllen - auch wenn es darum geht, extra ein Puréee für unser Baby zu kochen/ mixen - dass nennen wir Service. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Wir hatten noch eine Massage und Gesichtsbehandlung gebucht. Die Massage war grundsätzlich gut.

Cons:

Das House-Keeping war sehr schlecht und einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Die Gesichtsbehandlung war eine Katastrophe, da nicht eingehalten wurde, was versprochen wurde; Hauptsache "kassieren". Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel einen solchen Service im Hotel zu haben ist eine Scham.
