Ok price and if they had 1 more staff in reception and Working AC in the rooms it could have passed as ok

Rooms OK but

Cons:

AC did not work properly in entire Hotel, not enough fans for everyone, measured room temperature was 38 degrees at max. Totally unbearable. Too crowded reception with long wait times and only 2 staff with 10+ people waiting this was basically all the time,

Cons:

There was a problem with the Air conditioner in lots of rooms.. the temperature outside was around 38°C
The staff said they couldn’t do anything but provide us one fan

bett qualität sehr gut
zimmer an sich auch schön
Badezimmer auch gut

Cons:

Leider nicht kühlschrank repariert war sehr laut hat kaum gekühlt
klima war für 1 tag ddefekt und 1 tag recht schwach und hatte etwas komisch gerochen

Kein angebotenes früstuck oder entgegen kommen für die Unannehmlichkeit was etwas schade war

in der vergangenheit jedoch bessere erfahrungen gehabt

Air con does not work when it is 35 degree. Room change cannot be arranged. It is hot like an oven. Could not sleep. Never again.

Pros:

Die unterbringung unserer E-Bikes. Im Gepäck aufbewahrungsraum. So konnten wir schnell unkompliziert um vier Uhr am Morgen ausschecken. Aber bei den heißen Temperaturen war es uns Wichtig früh uns auf den Weg zumachen.

Mooi uitzicht over skyline van Frankfurt en mooie kamer

Cons:

Parkeren is prijzig maar was bekend. Het parkeren is wat onduidelijk. Zit een klein parkeeerpleintje bij en na goed zoeken vind je de parkeergarage. En ook bij het uitrijden tijdens je verblijf moet je steeds nieuw kaartje halen.

kurzer Trip nach Frankfurt
Pros:

Wir waren sehr gut untergebracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer in der 18. Etage bot einen schönen blick über die Skyline von Frankfurt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut und die Innenstadt problemlos zu erreichen. Auch der Fitness und Saunabereich ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet.
