Nicht erfüllte Erwartungen
Pros:

Das Bett und die Aussicht waren ausgezeichnet. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist klasse. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für den Preis nicht so toll. Unser Hotelzimmer hatte eine Geruchsproblem aufgrund des Abflusses. Das Zimmer war im Vergleich zum ausgezeichnet sauberen Badezimmer ungepflegt und voller Fingerabdrücke. Wir waren schon oft im Leonardo Hotel Augsburg und im Vergleich dazu war das Frankfurter Hotel eine Enttäuschung.

It was convenient for a quick airport stop if we had brought our own food to eat. Probably would not go back

The room was spacious and parking was easy

Cons:

The balcony was only a concrete landing a few feet wide ..just enough for a person to step outside. Restaurants were all closed, and staff were too busy attending to people here for a conference to even get a question answered.

Zimmer toll .Schade nur ,das der Balkon nicht zu benutzen war , alles mit Taubenkot versaut !

Tolles Zimmer sehr Sauber! Betten toll !

Cons:

Auto auf dem Ausenparkplatz abgestellt. Nach 4 Tagen mit Taubenkot vollgekakt und trotzallem die volle Parkgebühr kassiert . Fand ich nicht in Ordnung ( Schade) ,!

Хороший готель за свої кошти, дешевше з подібними умовами у Франкфурті знайти буде важко
Pros:

Сподобалися умови, в номері було дуже комфортні ліжка та хороша ванна кімната. Також біля готелю є супермаркет і цілодобова заправка тож докупити щось необхідне неважко. Привітний персонал який допоможе в будь-якій ситуації

Cons:

Можна змінити механізм закривання дверей на балкон, він не зручний і часто погано виконує свою функцію. Також не сподобалося організація виїзду з паркінгу, прийшлось довго кружляти щоб знайти і зрозуміти як з нього виїхати. Wi-fi працює, але швидкість бажає кращого, на 24 поверсі ще й погано ловить мобільний інтернет, тому відпочинок був з мінімальною кількістю телефону

Отель классный , сотрудники хорошие ! Но нас 5 человек покусали клопы , лечение мы сами себе оплатили и администратор ещё нахамил :
-ЗА 10 ЛЕТ РАБОТЫ ТАКОГО НЕ БЫЛО.
