Pros:

Es war, eigentlich wie immer, alles ohne Abstriche in Ordnung. Super Lage, Personal, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Zimmer ohne Tadel !

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Aussicht, die wirklich sehr schön war und den Aufenthalt noch einmal aufgewertet hat. Auch das Ambiente im Hotel war ruhig und gepflegt, sodass man sich insgesamt wohlfühlen konnte.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Geräuschisolierung. Die Wände scheinen relativ dünn zu sein, da ich die Gäste im Nachbarzimmer sehr deutlich hören konnte. Sowohl am Abend als auch früh am Morgen (gegen 5 Uhr) war es ziemlich laut, was den Schlaf etwas gestört hat. Hier könnte definitiv noch verbessert werden.

Unfriendly staff, room was cold and the shower room smelt of drainage. The room attendant was very rude and walked off when asked a question.
No in room ironing facilities.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 10. Stock und bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Stadt – wirklich ein Highlight!

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, inklusive Wasser und Kaffee, was wir sehr praktisch fanden.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Es war mega gut und sehr lecker! Es wurde eine große Auswahl angeboten, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei war.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Bodenbeläge in den Fluren gerade ausgetauscht wurden, wodurch es stellenweise wie eine Baustelle wirkte. Allerdings verstehen wir natürlich, dass solche Arbeiten auch irgendwann gemacht werden müssen.

Gut für einen Tripp in die City - Zentrumsnah gelegen!
Pros:

schönes modernes Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine, gutes Frühstück, Parkplätze am Hotel (kostenpflichtig), sehr gutes WLAN, freundliches Personal

Cons:

das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was vor allem in den Gängen zu den Zimmern auffällt, die Parkplätze sind für Autos der "neuen Generation" ziemlich eng, 24 € Parkgebühr finde ich auch etwas "happig".
