最悪。特にバスルームは廃墟。

At first the front picture they put in their property info is misleading. It is a good looking front part but the actual residence where you stay is 500 meters of walk through police security gate which is always locked and you can’t just go through it with taxi . The customer service is none existent here . You are not properly greeted simply no hello no how can I help no bell boy to help you with your luggage and most importantly nobody speaks English there I mean front desk rep neither. So after the 500 walk I had to find the reception desk where I located bell boy who was actually nice but didn’t know anything about property because it was his first day there . The residence is actually ex residence of first secretary of the uzbek ussr so you can image it is not a regular hotel style residence. Housekeeper excuse was that nothing was washed and they don’t have any towels there for us I had to ask them for toilet paper at least . At first there was a problem with wifi but it was fixed . If you want to take hot shower I mean just a shower with hit water it is simply impossible. The staff was very unprofessional and rude like I mentioned before no customer service skills no english . The breakfast was so so in fact I had to translate the frustration of one of the guests to the front desk because he didn’t know english . Will I recommend this place to any tourists visiting Tashkent big NO ! Stay on your own risk if you decide . And also You will have to use only .

Heti alkuun, olimme varanneet lentokenttäkuljetuksen, mutta kyytiä ei näkynyt kentällä.Huone oli toisessa rakennuksessa eikä petikään ollut paras mahdollinen. Henkilökunta oli osittain epäkohtelias. Sijainti ihan mettän keskellä. Mihinkään ei oikeastaan voinut lähteä kävellen. Aina pirssi.

The level of service by the staff was terrible.I paid for my room in local currency as instructed by Expedia. However, they failed to register the payment in their system and I was asked several times to pay. I was annoyed and offended as the employees didn't seem to believe me. They also wanted to charge me for early check in after I had taken the room without telling me in advance what the policy was. Their English is basic or non existent. One woman at the front desk wanted to communicate with me with an application on her phone.

Their restaurant has a menu only in Russian and the day I had dinner there they were only serving chicken.

The wifi in the room stopped working and although I told them a few times, they didn't fix it. At my insistence, they sent a man who, after checking and calling a colleague, left and never came back again. There was no apology.

The room was clean but there was mould in the shower.

Based on my bad experience, I don't recommend this hotel.

the park is quite and clean and good for holidays here.

自然に空港送迎についてメッセージを送ったが、返事がなかった。

The hotel rooms are luxurious, spacious and comfortable and so are the surroundings. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. General area is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended hotel.

Good location

The facility is nice and clean but quality of service is lacking. Internet comes on and off, a very Soviet style service, where staff work 8-5 and if you need help (with Internet, with bathroom, with anything), you have to wait until the morning, when staff come to work. The facility doesn’t offer coffe or other simple pleasures and it’s located far from market places.
