Pros:

Breakfast was good, not a lot of options. Very picked over and not refreshed. We went out for breakfast the 2nd morning of our stay. Hotel breakfast was perfect for a quick bite if you have morning plans.

Cons:

Parking lot was difficult to maneuver. Guests and employees often double parked at the entrance and you couldn't leave the parking lot until someone moved their car. It would be helpful if an employee was there directing traffic and telling people they cant park their unless someone remains in the car. On 2 occasions I had to go in and find an employee, and then was directed to drive out of the in entrance.

The room next door smoked cigarettes on their patio it blew into our room and smelled!

This was my second time staying here while visiting USC and its location and well maintained property make it a must if

The rooms are spacious, updated, and clean. The proximity to campus is perfect, and it is walkable to The Vista and Main Street area for great dining out options.

Cons:

The only downside is the train tracks are close by, so if you’re a light sleeper you may hear the horns through the night. The hotel does provide a sound machine in each room, I suggest using it to drown that out.

Pros:

We stopped overnight on our way to Gatlinburg. The room was great. Nice and clean. Beds were confortable. Staff at check in was extremely friendly and gave recommendations for local things to do.

Cons:

It is not walking friendly to explore but had a great spot for Ubers.
