La chambre est jolie et l’hôtel est bien placé
La piscine n’est pas dans l’hôtel mais à 3 min de marche !
Une nouvelle réservation , on nous a changé d’immeuble pour une chambre au 8 eme avec ascenseur, on était bien mieux et une meilleure chambre ,
Le petit déjeuner reste pas terrible
Good breakfast (although offering dishes not from complete beginning of the breakfast), great AC, super clean room and the whole facility, great location. Nice room and nice balcony. Despite the location in the city centre it was quiet and I got a good sleep. Great bed.
Be careful when choosing this accomodation – this hotel has definitely such a high rating mostly because they will ask you and try to manipulate you to do this at the end of the stay.
This is my full honest opinion and experience with this hotel. I choose this accomodation, after I had problems with my first one and I had to move out two days sooner because of unexpected complications. Because I was tired, I wanted to pay a little bit more for a luxury of breakfast, pool and nice and friendly environment. I also has been intrigued by the price stated on booking website – since I booked it on the same day I moved in, there was a huuuge sale for two nights for this accomodation (it was still very expensive for the service I received - but there was 60% discount for the full stay).
When I arrived, the staff treated me very well, but after check in, I discovered that the pool is 10 minutes away from my hotel location (which is kind of annoying distance when you just want to relax in the hotel). Later during my stay, I still tried the pool, but the water was horrible and there haven't even been much space for relax – the space was small (occupied by only other 4 visitors but overtook the whole space).
The breakfast was very good – a lot of fruit, eggs, bread, vegetable. Very good coffee. On the other hand, the breakfast was stated to began at 6:30 and that you can order other meals, like poached eggs, broth etc. I am an early bird and also I had plans in the city, but when I tried to order food at 6:30, they told me that I can olny order food from 7:00. Well, what can I say.
TV in my room didn't worked.
Another thing was accomodating me in a 6th floor with no elevator. I had 30 kg of luggage. I had no problem with walking the stairs, the manager warned me in advance and the staff carried my luggage to the 6th floor. All very lovely. On the other hand, the booking web of this hotel states, that the hotel has an elevator. So be careful – it doesn't.
Localisation au cœur de Hanoi
Selon votre hôtel , vous n’êtes pas dans les mêmes bâtiments , nous avons été dans un immeuble au 4eme sans ascenseur, mais bon ils vous amène les bagages , la piscine est à 200 m dans un autre hôtel du coup nous n’y sommes pas allés et la cathédrale est collé à l’immeuble et ça sonne à 5 h du matin , le petit déjeuné n’est pas de bonne qualité

La ubicación , pero los coches no podían llegar hasta la puerta del hotel porque estaba en un callejón.
Para ser un tres estrellas el desayuno estaba bien y las habitaciones tenían camas cómodas y todo lo necesario
Que no tuviera piscina , pone que tiene piscina pero no la tiene , debe estar en otro hotel por lo que es un poco engañoso.
Además hay habituaciones en dos edificios distintos uno de ellos no tiene ascensor , según el piso que te toque . .. hay hasta 7 pisos
Yo contraté con ellos un coche para ir a Ninh bing y me mandaron un chofer que solo hablaba vietnamita , me dijeron que era difícil encontrar que hablaran en inglés pero en el resto de sitios en los que use coche con conductor todos hablaban inglés, además fue el más caro . Fue muy difícil el entendernos ni con el traductor fue posible
