We have eliminated our business center. We are no longer providing room service. Renovation work will be carried out from 1/1/2025 to 7/31/2025. The following facilities will be closed: Select guestrooms/floors. Our parking lot renovations are underway. During this time the parking lot entrance on 13th street will be closed. All onsite parking will be located on the East side of the building. Entrance to the hotel and Piesanos will be filtered through the Breezeway. We were pleased with parking, cleanliness, TV, staff.
Pros:

The location is good. We didn’t have breakfast. We loved the large TV screen and numerous channels to choose from, particularly several Christian networks.

Cons:

I think you would get very high rankings if you offered free breakfast like other hotels (e.g.Best Western). Most travelers rely on a casual and fast trip to the coffee area and maybe some scrambled eggs! I also didn’t like the noisy air conditioner

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Location and the pizzeria attached to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but I think they need a little refreshing on the room.

Wonderful first experience here. Looking forward to many more as my child starts her 8 years at UF.
Pros:

Clean, fresh smelling room. Very close to the UF with wonderful views. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfy bed. Food onsite. Great price this visit but my three nights I booked in October 2-5th is quadruple the cost per night and it’s hard to fathom that.

Cons:

Just wish they had smart TVs so I could link my Netflix account.
