The staff always greeted you with a smile and were very helpful. We loved it!

Overall, Home2Suites are nice properties.

Cons:

Staff willingness to help. Asked if I could have a milk, like is served at breakfast. Was told no, you have to wait until morning. I thought this was a little petty. Then later needed a few pages copied, very willing to pay for it (as is common practice in 95% of hotels I have stayed in over the years). This request was met with exaggerated attitude. Most staff very nice, this individual probably could benefit from some training to reinforce that it is ok for customers to interrupt her cell screen time while she is being paid to help customers. If I asked too much, then I apologize. But I really thought, based on 37 years of business travel, that I was not out of line. Also, families in their cars playing the stereo and children playing and screaming right outside my window until 2330 (this is no exaggeration). Of course I wanted to go out and say something but also did not want to get shot. I'm not sure why nothing was done about this as I'm sure the hotel has security that patrols the grounds?

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and positive. It's quite and very close to many restaurants so you have a lot of alternatives. It also has an Enterprise branch just across the road which is open on weekends!

Home 2 Suites saved our trip!!! 🧡🧡
Pros:

After a horrific experience at the BEST WESTERN WEST ASHLEY we checked out and stumbled on this gem ar 1am in the morning!!

Clean, beautiful, the staff was AMAZING, beds were soo comfortable, the gym was well stocked and awesome, washing machines available for use, and my mom thoroughly enjoyed the morning breakfast!
Our stay was more than comfortable and a such a wonderful experience!!
I can't say enough about how caring and wonderful the staff was! Thank you Home 2 suites for turning a horrible experience into an AWESOME trip!!! Will definitely return soon 🧡🧡

Pros:

Hotel two is a good experience. The beds are comfortable complementary breakfast is good. The rugs are comfortable in the rooms. The pillows are the best. The stairs are creepy whenever it’s night. Friendly very friendly staff . There is noises in my room and there’s snoring lots of snoring. We need soundproof beds, a person who is snoring/my grandpa everything is really cool. The pool is good. The laundry room is good. We haven’t quite been to the gym yet, but it looks cool. The ice machine is good and everything‘s comfy.

It was one of the best, no hassle stays I’ve had at a hotel in a long time.
