Difficult to rate as we didn't actually stay there. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived we were told they were full and we would have to go to their "sister"hotel the Sevilla. The Sevilla was, actually, probably a better hotel. However it was 10-15 minutes further walk from the ciudad than the original hotel.

Pros:

Un bel hôtel avec une décoration typique et de belles antiquités. Un emplacement formidable, près du centre historique ( Puente nuevo) mais des chambres petites et sans fenêtres ! Seul un vasistas ouvert sur le couloir du palier donne un peu de clarté.

Pros:

Lamentablemente no hicimos uso de las instalaciones argumentando falta de agua caliente.
Fuimos informados al llegar al lugar.
Nos derivaron al Hotel Sevilla en el cual obtuvimos un trato excelente.
Esperábamos el aviso previo de sus dificultades.
Y que tuvieran algún gesto de cortesía.
