Room was clean, hosts were nice.
We’ve been a bit desappointed by Habarana city where there is nothing to do at night… We had to eat at the hotel but even in high season we were the only hosts so it was quite weird…
We moved to Sigiryia where we far prefered staying… The « night life » is great there with people and restaurants, and friends for ou kids :)
Anyway hosts were not responsible for that and arrange everything well !
Travelling with two children, the nice big and secluded pool was the biggest asset for us at this place. The family room was big with one large bed and two others beds and still plenty of space.
Some noise from the main road. The place is a bit away from everything.
The place is a bit run down with light bulbs missing etc, smelly drain in the bathroom. According to the staff, this was due to the fact that nobody had stayed in the room for some weeks.

This property is fantastic! It is a very small and boutique property with just a handful of rooms. Clean and comfortable rooms are great, but what makes the place special is the service. Top-notch, five star service all around. We were immediately welcomed upon arriving at the property and shown straight to our room. We were celebrating a special occasion on this trip and the hotel went above and beyond in decorating the room. Welcome drinks were a real treat, also served in the comfort of the room. The gentleman who looked after us for the duration of the stay was excellent asked us what time we wanted dinner and breakfast and was very accommodating. The food was very plentiful and delicious the restaurant for both meals, with both local and international options available. I can't say enough good things about this property, you simply must experience it for yourself.
