But staff is great as always and the location is very convenient.
Pros:

I would prefer to have an option for breakfast. But more importantly, teas, coffees and free water bottle fill up would be a super service to include throughout the day and evening

Cons:

No tea nor coffee available, or at least not posted as available. Must ask the staff.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless and clean throughout. Breakfast included.

I wish there had been more variety with the breakfast including gluten-free and diabetic options for those who need them.

Estadia em Cuenca foi simplesmente perfeita!

Nossa estadia em Cuenca foi simplesmente perfeita! O hotel tem uma localização ótima, que facilita muito explorar a cidade a pé. O quarto era grande, muito confortável e sempre impecavelmente limpo.

Outro destaque foi o atendimento: a equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e disposta a ajudar. E para completar, o café da manhã é muito bom, variado e delicioso.

Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo sem nenhuma dúvida!

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Cuenca! I would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very central - it is merely a few steps away from the main cathedral square. We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was very spacious, clean, with a huge comfortable bed. There were double windows which significantly muted the noisy street outside. The breakfast was served fresh by the lovely staff and was both tasty and filling.

Cons:

We had to keep the windows closed during the night so it got a little bit stuffy, but otherwise everything was ok.
