Disappointing experience

Cons:

Where to start? Total mess from the beginning, even needed booking.com to call the propert multiple times to sort out a basic issue.

Only clean room if requested, but then they still didn't do it.

You can only leave the property when someone is thrre to let you out?! And only come in with a bell which is going off all the time, disrupting sleep.

Breakfast plainest I had on the whole trip (don't know how they manage this in a city w such high quality food as cuenca).

Passed my number on to some tour provider but only when I was about to leave.

I really regret staying here. There are so many beautiful and cheap places around cuenca.
Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere

Best place to stay in Cuenca!!
Pros:

The staff is the best here, so kind and friendly. The rooms are super spacious and clean. The WiFi is strong, delicious breakfast. The beds are comfortable. It’s just the best place.

Cons:

Only downside is that it’s very central which means noice from the streets… but that’s anywhere in the center.

La ubicación y cercanía a los puntos de interés del centro.

Cons:

La habitación era muy estrecha, no había ventilación, no tenía donde dejar maletas ni espacio para ubicar la ropa, el baño tenía un olor desagradable de tuberías, adicionalmente el personal prendía las luces en la noche e incomodaba a los huéspedes. Nosotros reservamos con desayuno fabuloso (publicidad engañosa) pero la recepcionista indicó que no lo incluía. Así que nos tocó buscar afuera.
