Faultless! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and great location. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The best hotel in Cuenca. We were made to feel so welcome and everything was set up for a perfect stay. Absolutely amazing value!

Cons:

It’s an old building so the floors creak a bit.

Frustrating and not supportive. Would not recommend.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk tried, but there was little she could do to support us. The managers wouldn't communicate on WhatsApp. Only her, and wouldn't respond to us. The one room that we stayed in was nice, even though it was on the street and quite loud. The other room was OK but very crowded.

Cons:

We arrived in a rain storm. There is no place to pull up and drop things off, and the signage is not great. The woman working at the desk was hired for the weekend and didn't normally work there. The ceiling leaked water in two out of our three rooms. We asked for a refund and for them to move us to other rooms. We also asked for a reduction due to the inconvenience. They refunded one room only, and charged full for the others even though one of them still had a leak. We were all crammed into two smaller rooms and it wasn't comfortable. Then they tried to charge us extra for extra people for the room. I would under no circumstances recommend this place.

Un hôtel parfait

Un endroit calme pour se détendre, en plein centre-ville, à proximité de tout ce qu'il faut visiter.

Cons:

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel, tout était parfait : le service, la propreté, le calme et la tranquillité.

Pros:

A localização da hospedagem é muito boa. A equipe de funcionários é muito solicita e todos foram muito atenciososos. O café da manhã é muito bom!

Cons:

O chuveiro do quarto não funcionava direito, não era possível regular a temperatura. Ou a água saia congelando ou queimando a pele, e não se mantia em uma temperatura só, ficava variando entre as duas sozinho. Acabamos quase não tomando banho nos 2 dias que ficamos lá.

Disappointing experience

Cons:

Where to start? Total mess from the beginning, even needed booking.com to call the propert multiple times to sort out a basic issue.

Only clean room if requested, but then they still didn't do it.

You can only leave the property when someone is thrre to let you out?! And only come in with a bell which is going off all the time, disrupting sleep.

Breakfast plainest I had on the whole trip (don't know how they manage this in a city w such high quality food as cuenca).

Passed my number on to some tour provider but only when I was about to leave.

I really regret staying here. There are so many beautiful and cheap places around cuenca.
Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere

Best place to stay in Cuenca!!
Pros:

The staff is the best here, so kind and friendly. The rooms are super spacious and clean. The WiFi is strong, delicious breakfast. The beds are comfortable. It’s just the best place.

Cons:

Only downside is that it’s very central which means noice from the streets… but that’s anywhere in the center.

Bien ubicado pero incómodo
Pros:

La ubicación y cercanía a los puntos de interés del centro.

Cons:

La habitación era muy estrecha, no había ventilación, no tenía donde dejar maletas ni espacio para ubicar la ropa, el baño tenía un olor desagradable de tuberías, adicionalmente el personal prendía las luces en la noche e incomodaba a los huéspedes. Nosotros reservamos con desayuno fabuloso (publicidad engañosa) pero la recepcionista indicó que no lo incluía. Así que nos tocó buscar afuera.
