Looking a little tired. Waited 1 1/2 hr for breakfast after we ordered. No staff. No extractor fan in bathroom so room got muggy.
Would like an area with comfortable seating to sit and read. Front area not comfortable and only dining chair in room.

When making our reservation, we were unaware of the practice of charging additional fees. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but were forced to pay an extra $166 for items we did not want. I consider this to be an abusive practice; furthermore, the bathroom door makes it difficult to access the room.
My wife and I booked a stay through Booking.com and later needed to adjust our check-in date. We notified Booking.com, and they confirmed that they had communicated the change directly to the hotel. Despite this, the hotel failed to update our reservation and ultimately canceled it when we did not arrive on the original check-in date.
When we arrived to check in, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled, we were charged a no-show fee, and we were left with no option but to book a less desirable room at a higher rate. Not only was this frustrating, but it significantly impacted what was supposed to be a special trip for us.
We explained the situation to the front desk staff and provided proof that Booking.com had notified the hotel of our updated arrival date. Unfortunately, our concerns were dismissed, and we were told there was nothing they could do. The front desk associate advised us that the General Manager, Salman, would be available the following day to discuss the matter.
The next morning, I attempted to meet with Salman in person, but was told he was in a meeting until 10:00 AM. When I returned at that time, he still refused to come out and speak with me directly. Instead, we were forced to communicate through the front desk associate, who acted as a messenger between us. I was assured that Salman would call me by the end of the day to address the situation, but I never received that call.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did the hotel mishandle our reservation, but no one seemed willing to take responsibility or make any effort to correct the situation. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer care turned what should have been an enjoyable stay into a frustrating and stressful experience.

Es trotzdem bezahlen müssen. Nur eine Ermässigung von 15$ erhalten . Und der Valetparking auch viel zu teuer. Man musste Ihn nehmen da es keine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe gab
The hotel location is very good, right in the French Quarter. Our room faced a side street which was usually quiet. The lobby had a nice flavored water machine which was handy considering how hot it was outside. The bathroom had ample room by the sink for our toiletries.
The carpets were dingy. The air conditioning blew down on the bed, making to harder to sleep. We had ants and little bugs in our room. The restaurant was under-staffed and over-charged us.
