Pros:

Space, cleanliness, staff, breakfasts, coffee machine, free sparkling water

Cons:

Comfy place , kind front desk , clean facilities. Great location .
Pros:

I loved the front desk girls and the valet guys were awesome kind and friendly honestly the best . The restaurant staff was rude the manager I forget her name was very kind but the staff was terrible . Food was terrible . They were plain out rude .

Everything was nice but the restaurant needs new staff and some revamping .

Stay away.
Pros:

Room 249, stay far away. Location was good, bed was comfortable. Hotel was dirty, bathroom was old and in need of a good cleaning and touch ups. I'm attaching different pictures of the bathroom, obviously they do not know how to clean under the rim of the toilet, it was disgusting. This didn't just happen overnight. You be the judge. I'm also contacting Holiday Inn Corporate about the condition of the room. Included a couple pictures of the hallway carpet which was worn and filthy.

Had a great time and location was great as located in the French quarter
