Pros:

Die Lage ist prima und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer braucht dringend eine grössere „Aufhübschung“. Der innere Rand der Toilette hat wohl noch nie eine Wc- Bürste gesehen und die Duschtücher haben schlecht gerochen. Wenn der Nachbar die Türe ins Schloss fallen lässt bist du sicher wach . Die Vorhänge hängen am Rand runter und das Zimmer ist düster .
Der Teppich im Gang im 1.Stock ist eine Schande und es müffelt.

It was just ok
Pros:

Good location in the French quarter
Bed comfortable

Cons:

Walls were paper thin. You can hear people talking in the hallway or someone sneezing in the room next door
Also, the bathroom shower didn’t work well
Lastly, the paid in advance breakfast was not worth it at all. Same 2 things on the menu every morning.

Great stay and will return.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, and safety were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The hallways were a little cold to walk through, but the hotel overall was really great.

We had to extend our stay a day because of bad weather and your desk clerk took care of it easily.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and employees were wonderful. The location was perfect.

Cons:

whoever was in the room on the floor above us was moving furniture around day and night.

Rip Off!!
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful except check out supervisor.

Cons:

We were told on phone there was a microwave in room, there was not, plus online it said parking was included,(that is why I choose this motel!), parking was Not included! Will fight this with cc company! I will never stay with IHG again! Parking was $200!!!

Good Location- Basic Stay
Pros:

Good location with walking distance to Jackson square, bourbon street, Canal Street and street car stops. Room is basic-clean with modern bathroom and coffee maker. The building is older which is part of the character. Nice pool area. Friendly staff! The only disappointment was I paid more for a balcony room that faced dirty alley.

Great day. Great location. Great time.
Pros:

Very close to Bourbon Street and the other areas that we wanted to visit. It was not too loud and we had no trouble sleeping. Great little location.

Foi boa, os funcionários foram muito gentis, acima da média.
Pros:

O quarto tinha bom espaço, e a cama confortável.

Cons:

O banheiro tem meia parede no box… não serve para nada, o banheiro ficava inundado a cada banho.

Pros:

L’emplacement central est très appréciable.

Cons:

Les petits-déjeuners sont carrément minables. Service extrêmement lent : 30 à 45 minutes pour une part d’omelette, 1 waffle, + une coupelle de fraises et qq rondelles de bananes. Avec du café (quand même !). Ce type d’organisation est totalement dépassé !

Pros:

Хотелът се намира на уникално място във Френския квартал – изключително удобен за разглеждане на всички забележителности и в същото време само на две пресечки от най-купонджийската улица.

Стаята беше много удобна, чиста и просторна, с голямо и изключително комфортно легло. Банята разполагаше с всичко необходимо. При пристигане ни посрещнаха с приятни подаръци – получихме бутилка за вода, а на рецепцията има машина за вода с 6 различни вида. В хотела има и машини за лед, съдове в стаите, както и кафе и чай. Много високо оценяваме политиката им за намаляване на пластмасовите бутилки – това е чудесна инициатива.

Всеки ден разполагахме с ваучер на стойност 15 USD за консумация в ресторанта на хотела, който използвахме за вкусни вафли. Получихме и отстъпки за екскурзии. Изключително удобно е наличието на консиерж, чрез когото могат да се резервират всякакви турове – ние също се възползвахме от допълнителна отстъпка от 20 USD.

Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив, а чистотата е на много високо ниво. Басейна не използвахме, но изглежда страхотно.

Горещо препоръчваме този хотел! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
