No microwave in the rooms
Location and started off ok just at front desk at check in.
No response when calling front desk, put on hold had to call 2x.. had to find housekeeping for empty Kleenex box in our room and coffee got that too.. shower dribbled water and bed looked as if made from last stay not clean very wrinkled.

This hotel is sad… historically Hilton has carried a very good name, but this particular hotel is in very bad shape. This is more on the lines of a motel six in the red district area.
The room was filthy. The carpet was either stained or Simply left filthy, the dust and dirt in the bathroom, especially on the moldings was horrible, and we didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off at all. We didn’t dare touch any of the furniture either. The chair looked like a dog gave birth in it, and it was never cleaned.
Unfortunately, this room is right up against the freeway so getting a good nights sleep was impossible! I’m sure nothing could be said about the location, but maybe an ounce of Care could’ve been put into the soundproofing of this particular side of the building.
The person at the front desk mumbled so badly we could not understand her, and we had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself, which never really seem to help! If there was a star less than one, that’s the rating I would give this particular hotel and would never recommend this to anyone and certainly never stay here again!
As a sidenote, it’s unfortunate that the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation fan in there so that you can actually see past the condensation on the mirror after a shower, to get ready for the day. And lastly, the toilet fits perfectly for a two-year-old that’s potty trained but not for a full grown adult. You’re practically sitting on the floor. It is not a standard height toilet.!!!!!
Comfortable beds. It was clean. Staff were kind. Area felt safe and was accessible to everything we needed. And the AC unit worked fabulously (I usually experience AC units that work poorly so I look for this in a good hotel.) Would stay again.
A little pricey - but cheaper than most in area. I still felt like we got a good value over all though.

It was clean but it could of been cleaner.
Both mornings housekeeping barged into our room in the morning even though we had the "Do not Disturb" on the door! BOTH mornings ! The first morning the housekeeper said "oh sorry" We let front desk know. Then the 2nd morning again! but by a group of them (one with a clipboard in her hand) BEFORE 10:00 AM! And we had the "Do not disturb" on the door! 2nd time I called down to front desk and let management know. RIDICULOUS!
It was clean and quiet, comfortable bed and pillows.
The tallest was too low the first room smell like mildew. The second one was nice and the buffet was too expensive.
Staff was great experience (Mikey) was the best worker at the front counter.
The stay overall was good. Had to switch rooms due to some issues with the room curtains, bathroom shower items not mounted to the wall and A/C rattling. The pool (indoor) was a huge reason my wife wanted to stay there. No pool time, under maintenance, water was very merky or couldy.
Comfortable beds. Clean room. Nice atmosphere even when a little crowded in the lobby.
Having to pay for breakfast. The room was $219 for 1 night. One would hope breakfast could be included.
