Excellent stay
Pros:

This is a very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and the location is excellent for the town centre.

Cons:

The only down fall which is a person preference was the beds were too soft and the pillows too hard. Other than that can’t fault the place.

Hotel was well presented excellent room didnt use the bar but it looked very nice

Cons:

Had to pay an additional £20 for the dog high price for just the one night as the room rate for two was very good

stated parking on the booking with empty spaces on arrival only to be informed that parking was fully booked therefore had to pay for over night parking which was walking distance away

Great for a short stay
Pros:

This was our third stay at this hotel and we willl be back again. It is easy to walk to the hotel from the railway station and you can walk to the beach from the hotel. The staff were friendly and keen to make sure our stay went well. It was useful to be able to leave luggage after check out. The room was comfy and well appointed. We will stay again.

Comfortable, welcoming hotel close to the Spa, restaurants and pubs
Pros:

Centrally located hotel on the gorgeous Crescent. Room was large and warm. Fabulously decorated reception and bar area downstairs. Bar had lots of interesting stuffed animals. Bar staff and night porter very friendly

Cons:

Room was slightly dated, but that's no drama.
