Very spacious and clean room, shopping mall near by with food court which is very good and convenient. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and polite. Will go back again.
Hotel was large with all the amenities I wanted. Staff was friendly and accommodating the moment we arrived. Would come back again when staying in chiang rai. The buffet is nice as seen in the photo attached. Too bad I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the time we stayed here it rained on and off.
A very nice hotel, newly renovated too! The staffs are nice. The amenities are good. The AC works well, the toilet is huge. We wish we can stay longer!
Impeccable comme hôtel avec propreté mais c’est dommage que c’est un peu éloigné du centre ville de Chiang Rai
This hotel is a bit away from the busy city center. There were not much within walking distance. But it is quiet and well-equiped, and it was not far from the only major shopping mall. There was a nice swimming pool, fitness center, and a nice guest lounge with cafe and snacks. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices and the rooms were large.
Good
This hotel is very good. Rooms terrific, very comfortable.
The pool area is amazing, big and plenty of spacious seating.
Breakfast excellent.
Staff very friendly
Alles ok, ausser der Pool war nicht so tief….
clean quiet reasonable
La propiedad está muy bonita , supero mis expectativas, calidad y precio excelente
Great service staff very nice helpful, the hotel beautiful and clean thank you very much.
Muy bonito el hotel limpio el personal
The beds are comfortable here which makes it better than many hotels in Chiang Rai. But 3 stars off for this visit because although check-out time is 12 PM, the maid tried to enter my room twice at 9AM while I was sleeping even though the Do Not Disturb Sign was on the door handle. Thankfully they can’t enter the room when the deadbolt and chain are engaged.
But that’s not the way I want to wake up in the morning. Rule #1 for all hotels is to stay out of the room when the Do Not Disturb Sign is on the door handle. Otherwise it breaks the trust between hotel and guest.
We enjoyed our stay. That only observation is that our bathroom one has a small amount of toilet paper and the bath drain was clogged.
I really enjoyed the stay.
Good accommodations, very efficient front desk, large breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Excellent COFFEE. Great location only very short GRAB ride from the night market. Decent sized room and beautiful pool. I would recommend to both family and couples traveler.
This hotel is a five-star hotel. The room is large. They automatically upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite from a Deluxe double. The rooms were outstanding with all the amenities. There was even dishes and utensils if you were to cook. That may only be in the suites though. The lobby is a massive affair with water and a juice put out shortly after the morning. You can relax in their excellent sofas and chairs. The lounge is pretty good. It is very large and has the appearance of being a library which makes it quite relaxing. The morning breakfast was over the top also. Many excellent choices along with an omlette station for scrambled or omlets. There were so many choices that you might even to choose to eat what many would consider brunch with breakfast items and lunch items. There were plenty of choices for the Thai and other Asians which prefer soups and noodles with rice in the morning. Several soups were available every morning. You can have your expresso drinks along with coffee, water and juices. Outstanding!
:
The check-in staff, café, and restaurant team are all incredibly friendly and offer excellent service. While the property is showing signs of age, the lobby and restaurant are well-kept and quite impressive. It's on the upper floors where the building’s age is more noticeable. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, though there was some mold in the shower.
As for the location, it’s not ideal—there’s not much around. It’s best to rent a motorcycle or scooter from the front desk and explore the area that way.
Overall good stay, But I do not agree with Expedia's 4 star rating.
Nice hotel, very friendly staff, about 6-7 min drive from downtown, very clean & spacious room.
Bed was somewhat lummpy.
Pool was freezing.
Bathroom floor would get quite wet after shower use due yo no door.
Buffet breakfast was just ok as it was the same for 3 mornings, not too much western food.
Great facilities, a little far from night bazaar but the rooms make it worth it
