Disappointed in the room this time around.
Pros:

The facility itself is always clean. The room however had a leaky bathroom sink, the door on the cabinet was hanging off (cabinet in front of the mini-fridge) and for $309 this room was small. Previous experiences were much nicer.

Cons:

A $75 charge for a pet was on the bill. We have no pet. The hotel would not adjust the bill.

We will never use Booking again or stay at that Hilton.

The stay was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The room very comfortable and ample.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, definitely worth the cost.

Cons:

The Only Problem I had with the location is that I needed to purchase some basic stuff as we do not have our luggage with us and there was no place around Hotel, like CVS o Target

HVAC system incredibly loud
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel several times. On each occasion we found the rooms to be clean, spacious, and well appointed. The front desk personnel were always courteous and helpful. We have avoided rooms at the front of the hotel, facing the highway, because of potential noise issues.

This last time around, the HVAC system turned on in the middle of the night and it sounded like a freight engine was roaring through our room.

The person at the front desk said I was not the first person to complain about this and that they are in the process of replacing the HVAC systems. But this experience was so awful that I doubt we'll use this hotel again.
