Quiet and beds were comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The policy online needs to be updated, it still says no pets so I had to call to confirm after I booked. They were a bit understaffed, which the gal was kind and did great but checking in took some time as there seemed to be a rush. Also my key wouldn’t work on the side outside door which was a pain because I had to walk around the building or others propped it open which really didn’t feel safe.

The price point was great. With a few maintenance issues resolved, the stay would have been much more satisfying.
Pros:

Location and staff. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Temperature in room could not be controlled. When I tried to cool the room, the message simply said “filter”. There were no cups in the room. The coffee maker needed cleaning. There was no plug in the sink, just an open hole.

It was not a good experience and I wouldn't stay again or recommend anyone else to stay there.
Pros:

Staff was unprofessional and didn't handle a double booking for me the way that she was supposed to. So I was charged for staying in a room that I didn't even stay in. The pool was absolutely filthy, cloudy and had hair in the water as if the filter was broken. The beds are wore out and old. The bartender had an attitude. And the drinks were way too expensive for the type of Hotel this is. Hot tub has dirty water. Staff called the pool a public toilet and said they wouldn't get into that hot tub .

Staff, pool, hot tub, restaurant/bar prices, beds, there wasn't any hand soap or body soap, just shampoo
