Staff were very helpful and did everything they could for us.
Our room teas coffees milks etc etc were never replaced the whole trip 6 nights. But if we rang reception for them, they brought the items immediately.

Lovely city centre hotel in a very central location.
Clean, comfortable with great staff but the lifts were sooo sloooow which isn't ideal for a city centre hotel.

O hotel foi um dos melhores em que já me hospedei. É lindo, muito bem localizado, próximo à praça central, extremamente organizado e com uma estrutura excelente, incluindo piscina e sauna. O café da manhã é excepcional e tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Sem dúvida, seria sempre a minha primeira opção em uma próxima viagem a Ljubljana.
This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is beautiful, very well located, close to the main square, extremely well organized, and offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast is exceptional and made the experience even better. Without a doubt, this would always be my first choice on a future trip to Ljubljana.

The rooms were fantastic—very spacious, well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options.
You need to make a reservation to use the pool and saunas, and by the time we checked in, there were no spots left for the day. We were not aware of this beforehand, which was a real shame.
