Pros:

Läget var perfekt! All personal var jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående. Från personalen på receptionen till städpersonalen, frukostpersonalen till personalen vid poolen. Man kände sig välkommen på riktigt!

Top Lage - direkt bei der Altstadt - aber nachts sehr ruhig.

Súper céntrico, muy cómodo.

Cons:

En las habitaciones hacía falta algún armario para guardar mejor la ropa y también el aire acondicionado es como un aparato externo que hace ruido por la noche, podría ser más silencioso y potente.

La situation parfaite pour visiter le centre-ville, parking dans l'hotel, très bon petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Lits un petit peu durs, piscine seulement accessible par inscription l'avance qui e'est avérée impossible dans notre cas

Imperial elegance and vibrant atmosphere in Ljubljana

An exceptional stay in the heart of Ljubljana
Our stay was outstanding from start to finish. The facilities and rooms were spotless, remarkably comfortable, and offered a level of service that far exceeds expectations for its price point. Having easy and convenient access to the hotel’s parking garage was a huge advantage for us, making arrival and departure completely seamless.
I would especially like to highlight the exceptional hospitality of the front desk team. Both the receptionist and her colleague provided wonderful, attentive service. They went above and beyond by guiding us through a city map, highlighting key sights, and offering practical advice on how to explore Ljubljana efficiently.
The location could not be better: situated just a short, pleasant walk from the historic old town, the Triple Bridge, and vibrant pedestrian areas. It is the perfect base for visiting the city, and we would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The only negative or improvable aspect was the elevators, which were somewhat slow. Additionally, only two of the three were working during our stay, meaning that during typical peak hotel hours, it was often quicker to take the stairs to avoid delays.
