We found this hotel one the best we have stayed in.
Pros:

That is was close to the main drag in Grand Rapids and that it was a suite.

Overall happy with this hotel and location. Friendly accommodating staff.

Great Stay! The studio with kitchen facilities was wonderful. Room size was great. Breakfast was as expected. Pool was fun for our family. All staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. We asked for a breakfast item that had been served on a previous day and the staff was so kind and brought my husband one.

Cons:

Description said that pool was heated and I'm sure it was, but was still on the cold side. Breakfast sausage was placed in hot water and was soggy. Didn't look browned. That would be our only suggestion...to brown and not put the sausage in water. Breakfast sandwiches were good, but over our 4 day stay only offered once and waffles weren't out every day. We did ask for a sandwich on one of the other days and the staff was so nice and brought my husband one.

Great breakfast, clean room.

Cons:

Called for a late check out for 1pm. Put out do not disturb hanger on door. Maid knocked on door at 11:30 and again at 12:30. No water pressure an hour before check out. Boyfriend unable to take a decent shower. Was told at check in that our card would not be charged for anything up front for incidentals. Left room in the same condition that we found it and was charged $20 with no explanation. Tried to call hotel and no answer.

Not a good fix
Pros:

That is was close to the venue. That was the only thing.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible the staff didn't care. Snow wasn't shoveled at doorways was dangerous couldn't get into the room and it was after 4 pm. The kitchen was in the way in the room we needed to use the sofa bed was all uncomfortable. Won't go there again.

Facilities absolutely filthy in every way. Stains, Crumbs, hair, bugs you name it.

Good stay for our purpose and I would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Hot food average tasting. Cold food and beverages were good. Staff was very good. All other aspects of breakfast were very good.

Sausage and eggs flavor and texture were average.

Pros:

Booked 2 rooms for a work trip that unexpectedly ended early. requested refund through Hotels.com and was rejected called hotel and spoke to front desk and they said they always issue refunds. Called Hotels.com again and they said manager refused refund. Would not book work trips with Hotels.com again.
