Pros:

Very spacious but needs to be updated. Coffee pot wasn’t working when I called front desk no answer. Called guest service an no answer. Had to walk down stairs in pj’. I would try serving maybe brunch verses breakfast cause nobody wants to get up early on their vacation. Never got to enjoy breakdast

I had a great experience staying at the MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites in Lubbock. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby and common areas were clean, stylish, and inviting.

My room was spacious and very comfortable. It included all the essentials—strong A/C, free WiFi, a cozy bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared.

One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it was far better than what most hotels offer, with plenty of hot and cold options. I also appreciated having access to a fitness center and indoor pool, which made my stay more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Lubbock, and I always felt safe on the property. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, MCM Eleganté offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and value.

The rooms were very clean, the beds are so comfortable, great breakfast, very nice staff. There is also a restaurant so you can stay there for dinner.

Staff was very friendly at checking and checkout. Breakfast was great. Everything fresh. Omelette made to order. The only issue I had was with the pillows. They were very thin and we requested more but they didn't have any available. Other than that our stay was very comfortable.

This is the only hotel I want to stay at.
Pros:

This hotel is huge. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning is great. Nice pool, kept with bromine. No chlorine.

We had to book a hotel in a pinch and the staff at MCM Elegante were so accomodating. My daughter and I had a great time in the pool, eating at the cafe, and sleep peacefully in the quiet, comfortable room. Thank you for everything!
