Loved
Pros:

Loved everything about this place. Was comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice and fresh. Loved the cleaning staff.

Cons:

The jacuzzi/hot tub was so dirty 😬

A quick stop in Mesa.
Pros:

The check-in was easy and the desk clerk was helpful.The location was easy to reach. It was convenient enough for the places in Mesa where we went.

Cons:

Not a big deal, but it is close to main road and the noise may be an issue for some.

Great stay, me and my grandkids Love the hotel and come back every year for the past 3-4 years now
Pros:

Rooms were nice and comfortable and both rooms had a balcony.

Cons:

when booking the rooms, with booking.com isnt working right. I had paid for the rooms with booking.com but the hotel did charge me again when I arrived, but I talked with the front desk and she called booking.com to fix the problem. Just dont like I have to wait now for the 5-10 business days to get my money back

Absolutely amazing place all around
Pros:

The property was in a great spot and the staff was all very friendly! They all took care of all us during a crazy time and very grateful! Our dog loved it there too

Good stay
Pros:

Check-in was easy. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Water pressure could have been better. FD staff were all friendly. The air kept us cool. My main problem was noise. I could hear every door slam and the toilet flush in the rooms next to me. Also, the right elevator was super slow.
