Room was very dirty. We chose not to shower and left very early in morning to avoid staying any longer.

Bonito lugar, bien ubicado y de fácil acceso. Habitaciones comodas, detalles en los accesorios de bienvenida del hotel (incompleto o faltante), tampoco fueron resurtidos al siguiente día
El servicio es excelente pero la construcción del lugar está mal pensada. Se escucha mucho ruido desde la habitación. Parece que las paredes están hechas de plafón.
Un poco alto el precio tomando en cuenta q el desayuno no fue incluido

Nos encantó el lugar, sin embargo había una gotera enorme en el baño y se filtraba agua que olía mal 😢 y cuando estabas sentado en el inodoro te caía en la espalda.
El personal es super atento. El hotel está muy bonito. Lo escogimos por ser Pet friendly. Trataron a nuestra mascota como un miembro más, le pusieron una cama y platitos para que estuviera cómodo. Las instalaciones son hermosas. La comida muy rica.
El único comentario que tengo, es que las toallas están muy desgastadas.
ELENA de COBRE is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is good but I personally enjoy a beer with my tacos and a glass of wine with my steak. There is no alcohol here. Also the room descriptions on Expedia and the hotels website are different so there's a chance you'll end up with a different room than expected.

The property is beautiful it is home and warming. Everyone who worked there was amazing and friendly. I have no bad reviews for this Hotel every part of it was great. They keep it clean and safe at all times.
El hotel es precioso, el staff muy amable sin embargo las condiciones sonoras de la estructura son terribles, a las 8 AM inician a preparar el restaurante para desayuno y se escucha todo. A las 9 AM que llegan los comensales se siente como que están desayunando dentro de la recámara.
Si tu idea es dormir, hasta tarde, no es una opción. Todas las habitaciones están en la misma condición.
Me gustó todo, solo creo que deberían colocar amenidades para las habitaciones con tina
