Time for some hotel upgrades at the Bethesdan Hilton.
Pros:

The location is great for my visits. The service is very good. They have a bar and food to order. Henry the bartender is a gem, so kind, and provides great customer service! The rooms are a little dated but clean. The duvet was flat as a pancake - felt like I just had a sheet on. Pillows were okay. The Lobby could use new furniture as it's stained, and the rug is worn out.

Pros:

Front Office is useless. Staff can't communicate with each other, got put on hold 3 times and they would not return any of my calls because they fat fingered the booking contact info. Nobody knows what they're doing and I left a night early. Check ya corners for mold and scum stains too. Breakfast alright though

I am here on business, and my stay has been wonderful. Gita is the most attentive and kind server I have ever had. She knows my coffee order every morning. She always has a smile on her face, and she seems like she loves what she does. Thank you Ms Gita!!!
