Die Lage zum Europapark, die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück waren unschlagbar

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren leider viel zu hard und haben uns am nächsten Tag allesamt Rückenschmerzen beschert .

Sehr schönes Hotel, in super Lage
Pros:

sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, große freundliche, helle und saubere Zimmer in sehr guter Lage - nur ein paar Schritte vom Eingang zum Europapark entfernt

La taille de la chambre, la variété et qualité des produits au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Personne à notre arrivée à 22h. C’est le gardien qui nous a remis la clef de la chambre. Montré que ma carte d'identité.
Du coup, remis la clef dans la boxe check out express à notre départ. L'établissement essai de me joindre à 12h, je n’etait pas atteignable. Du coup je rappelle en fin de journée et je tombe sur une réceptionniste qui ne comprend rien et ne parle même pas le français ou l'anglais!
Raccroché car rien de pire que d'essayer d’être compréhensive et patiente mais qu’en face la personne ne comprend rien et ne sait pas faire son job... Donc très mauvaise expérience en se qui concerne le personnel!
