Pros:

Showers x multiple rooms had mold along the bottom shower seams missing caulking. It was the clerks second day on the job and no help. She had to call to get instructions on how to register us. Not fault of hers, she had excellent customer skills and placed in a poor situation on a busy Saturday.

Made a reservation for a colleague for work and they would not allow him to get into his room until I called and introduced myself and then they said all we were needing that they didn't have was your last name!

Loved the location; however, there were major issues ! No one at the front desk, no shuttle—2 guests almost missed their flight, shower dripping every 5 seconds, manager isn’t responding to my calls, etc. Very disappointing!
