Unwelcoming, rude staff member, wouldn't stay again

Good location. Modern hotel room.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, kept rolling off. Bed seemed to be old and outdated. Most of the staff were friendly but the staff member at check in was so rude and did not talk to me at all and waited awkwardly while others checking in ran outside to go find their mobile phone. Stood at the reception desk awkwardly for so long. When I was checking in, she started to assist others halfway through the check in process which surprised me as I was treated so differently just a moment earlier, she did not answer my questions, did not respond to me at all when I said "I'd like to check in please", was robotic like reading off a script, was extremely rude and had a possible language barrier. No name badge like other staff, all I can describe was that she had over injected infected looking lips. This ruined the entire stay. The hotel is very dark compared to other Crystalbrook hotels I've stayed at, most of it black with bright LED lights everywhere, can be hard to see at times.
