We loved it, we will be coming back. There were very minor issues but it didn't affect much.
Pros:

We loved our stay, the room was very comfortable, had a nice view and the room amenities were complete. The service and front desk staff were very acccommodating and gave really good service. We had a family emergency that we have to cut our trip short and they didn't hesitate to accommodate to our concerns.

The food at the cafe was also very good, especially the pumpkin soup.

The buffet breakfast was worth it as well as they had a wide range of offerings, the food is refilled almost immediately.

Cons:

The pastas can be improved but the rest of the menu was great. The staff at the cafe were accommodating but there was only one waitress serving multiple tables and the others were busy, the manager seemed to be preoccupied and doesn't really notice us so a few requests (even billing out) took time.

We loved that there was a pickleball court, we didn't get to use it but we hope to see it with better nets/fences next time.

The carpets at the hallway also looked dirty though the staff was cleaning them when we arrived. It also smelled a bit "kulob" in the hallway.

It was nice hotel with a great view. We hope the front desk staff were more welcoming.
Pros:

We liked the pickleball court, the pool and the attendant, and most of all the security/welcoming staff. The view is also amazing. We appreciate all staff (except front desk)

Cons:

Shower pressure wasn't very good -- hard to get the right warm water temp because there was no cold water mixing in (shower too hot). Room service was lacking. We had a simple request of banana split (that's just banana and ice cream) and that wasn't available. When we asked about the room service menu, we were told to look it up in the website. We were guests, not outsider inquirers. We hope the front desk staff would be trained better to welcome and be of service to guests.

Pros:

I liked how big the rooms were and the balcony was beautiful

Cons:

However - The value for money was awful. They claim to have a mini bar but there was nothing in it? It was empty. You also have to pay for anything in the spa which I’ve never heard of with the price we paid (300€ for two nights) we should be allowed use the amenities.The shower was cold and the handle of the shower fell off. There was only one chair on the balcony. Dog barking in the property at 8am. We asked for ice from room service and we received it 1.30hr later. When we arrived we were never explained anything about the hotel- the restaurants the spa the pool we had to look ourselves. No complementary snacks and they gave wooden tea spoons for coffee. Very basic hotel for the price we paid I was extremely disappointed and I do not recommend to anyone.

Expensive but nice facilities.
Pros:

The place looks beautiful. The rooms are really big and it is very clean.

Cons:

We arrived at 11 was told the check-in was 3 o'clock. Which is acceptable of course. We arrived at 3 PM in our room was not ready. Around 4:30 PM, the room still was not ready. When I called to ask why the room was not ready, they told me "these things happen, sir."

I was like "these things do not happen. It only happens here. You kick us out at exactly 11 PM when it is checkout time. So I expect you to have my room ready at 3 PM because I'm already paying for it."

Service can definitely be improved

Great place to stay for a family, good facilities, good option as home base for that part of town
Pros:

Rooms were great, good view, near a lot of good restaurants, interesting vineyard feature

Cons:

Breakfast looked really good, but there were so many people, we just decided to eat somewhere else
