Check room size!
Pros:

Good location and not expensive.

Cons:

Single rooms and double rooms are the same size; the latter is just too small. When we tried to change the room to a bigger one the staff were not at all helpful. Standard of English for a Tokyo hotel, with lots of foreign tourists, was poor.

Quiet and central

Pros:

Grossartige Lage, gut angebunden im U-Bahn Netz

Cons:

Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, konnte aber so gut wie kein Englisch. Ausserdem waren sie wenig hilfsbereit, Gepäck konnte nicht gelagert werden, konnten kein Taxi an den Flughafen organisieren.

The rooms were so very small and bed up against window made it difficult to get in and out of and tub was a little difficult to get in and out of for my husband with a back problem ..

Einfach super ich werde sicher wieder einkehren wen ich in Tokio bin
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer kleine aber sehr bequem noch nie so gut geschlafen.
Und das Bad hatte mir auch gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war jetzt nichts besonderes.

Lage, Bath on top floor

Cons:

Small room, the very basic hotel guest need: to order a Taxi in advance for us all including luggage was NOT accomodated. We should just order uber. Thats not service.

Decent hotel, good area.
Pros:

Central Location, very good neighborhood.

Cons:

They don’t clean your room everyday unless you request it. They leave a bag with towels and pijamas , cups, tea e everyday hanged on your door. It is not a bad thing, only not everyone uses all these daily and you end up in your room with 4 sets of pjs. Had the double room which is pretty small for a tall couple. Would suggest booking a bigger room

My stay at APA was good but room service needs to be improved
Pros:

The location is a few walks from Tokyo Metro Station. The staff are also helpful and polite

Cons:

The room was super tiny and crowded.
Room service only happens every third night of stay instead of daily
I had to go and fetch drinking water from the dispenser instead of water bottles being brought to my room.
Checkout is at 10:00 am which does not give ample time to pack and prepare.
Breakfast could do with a bit of variety instead of the same options daily
