Lage und Lobby waren absolut top, Check-in einfach und Mitarbeitende immer zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Hotelzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, aber etwas klein. Im Hotel hat man sich gut zurechtgefunden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas spärlich und der Frühstücksraum recht klein für die Größe des Hotels. Es kam zu Wartezeiten.
Teilweise hat das Essen (Nudeln bzw. Würstel) metallisch oder nach dem Gasherd geschmeckt, war nicht so toll.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Teile der Ausstattung waren in die Jahre gekommen. Auf der Ablage neben dem Bett lag eine gebrauchte Medikamentenverpackung und Teile des Zimmers (Fensterbrett, neben dem Bett) waren sehr staubig. Nachdem wir das gemeldet hatten, wurde dies jedoch schnell behoben. Wirklich ärgerlich ist, dass wir einen Apple Pen im Zimmer vergessen hatten, noch am selben Tag dem Hotel geschrieben haben, allerdings auch auf erneute Nachfrage bis heute keine Antwort erhalten haben. Wir würden uns riesig freuen wenn wir den Apple Pen doch noch wieder bekommen oder zumindest noch Rückmeldung diesbezüglich erhalten würden.

Buena ubicacion
Pros:

La buena comunicación y el Onsen.

Cons:

Desayuno pobre en el gusto occidental (está orientado al gusto japonés). Y abrir desayuno a las 7 me parece tarde. Habitación pequeña.

Perfect !
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was simply incredible. From the very first moment, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive—you can immediately tell that great importance is placed on service here.

The level of comfort was also outstanding. The rooms were very pleasant, and everything was perfectly organized, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

I am very, very satisfied and would return to this hotel anytime. This is exactly the high quality I’ve come to expect from APA Hotels. I have also stayed at an APA Hotel in Osaka, and the experience there was just as amazing.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel chain to everyone.
