The worst trip we have ever had in 40 years of going to the resort all down to the accommodation and lack of help

We had the best time in our 5 days vacation, the property is in the best area of Peurto Banus with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance the view on our apartment was priceless. The apartment was large and lots of space although it needs to upgrade its furniture ;) but it was good for us .the staff were very friendly and cared about whatever we needed . The parking is 29 euros each night which is the cost but it was very convenient to go from parking to our apartment. Totally we had the great stay .

Hotellet har en fin utsikt men ikke noe mere.
desverre er hele områder slitent, butikker lagt ned, rommet var dårlig rengjort med slitent sengetøy og informasjon og service dårlig.
Blandt annet ville ikke resepsjonen følge oss til rommet (rommet lå 3 hus bortenfor resepsjon, og var ikke lett og finne)
Mye bråk fra restauranter i 1 etg.

Good location overlooking the ocean .. ..lovely and spacious apartment ..little bit dated deco but very clean with everything we needed

Ingesamt wirkte unser Apartment ziemlich heruntergekommen, einige der Betten waren extrem hart, Lampen gingen teilweise nicht, ein Wasserhahn war kaputt etc. Es war nicht wirklich sauber und überall waren Ameisen, auch in der Küche auf der Arbeitsplatte. Der Meerblick war allerdings Traumhaft & das parken in der Tiefgarage sehr gut. Check in hat gut funktioniert.

It’s okay if you are staying only a few nights and don’t mind the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus. It’s in need of updating but great if you want to be in port.

It was awful. Old, dirty, noisy and you cannot control the AC. Just awful

Good property but very run down , also had to buy many utensils . There was also animal mess which I thought was rat or mouse but they were happy to tell me was birds . Absolutely disgusting .

We cancelled right away our reservation when entering the room:
- smoking happens in the room (felt as if someone just smoked there minutes before we entered)
- moles in every bathroom
- cheap furniture with stains
- Bed sheets nothing like the photos
- bed springs uncomfortable

To resume this is a scam nothing like any picture you saw.

Excellent stay. Fantastic position and view from balcony. Apartment had everything you needed but was very dated.

The ocean view apartment was large and would accommodate a family. We were two couples. Each had a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen wascwell equippedvand there was a washing machine.
The master bed didn't have a mattress but only box springs. The complex of a number of buildings. Reception wasn't clearly marked for Park Suites since it was combined with another hotel.
Great location for walking along the beach and marina area. Easy to find off the A-7.
Parking was under
