Das Frühstück war ein Standard Frühstück

Cons:

Alle, die später anreisen und morgens früh raus müssen: die Information seitens Hotel, wo die Schlüssel deponiert waren bzw. Hinweis, wie man bei einer späten Anreise hereinkommt, gab es nicht. Wer morgens früher, wie zb 8h oder 9 h, eine Rechnungsänderung benötigt, muss mind. 20min. auf die Eigentümer warten (und das Erlebte war keine kunden- oder serviceorientierte Haltung oder Begrüßung). Das Problem konnte man bei mir auch nicht lösen und auf die Nachfrage, ob es per E-Mail verschickt werden kann: klar. Und wieso konnte mir die Praktikantin das nicht sagen? Sehr eigenwilliges Führungsverständnis, Mitarbeiter nicht einzubinden. Das Beste: zahlen Sie mit Visa (was eigentlich Standard ist), ja. Die Gebühren von 7,60€ wurden mir vorenthalten. Fazit: alle, die Urlaub machen, fein. Alle, die spät anreisen und früh abreisen: es gibt andere Optionen.

Familienappartment war sehr schön - Betten super bequem.
Essen im Restaurant war zu empfehlen,sehr nettes Personal im Restaurant!

Cons:

Um vom Schwimmbad in die Sauna zu gelangen muß man durch die Tiefgarage gehen....
Sauna für maximal 4 Personen. In dem schönen Ruheraum gibt es auch nur 4 Liegen und sonst auch keine Möglichkeit. Ein Timeslot wäre besser....
Heizung im Schlafraum konnte man garnicht aufdrehem...
